I always have a problem with them. My work schedule is very tight and I the days I need to refinance, there are always issues. I work 2 jobs. Mon-Friday and then a second job thurs-mon with the exception of Sunday. But they are not open on Sunday. They just make it difficult for me. They say they can’t hold my check knowing that I will be in in my next day off. It is very frustrating. And the fact that they never have enough employees working and the wait is horrendous. The girls are really nice but it doesn’t seem as though the policy allows good customer service

Very patient with me as I had an issue with printing something out for her and she just tried to assist and help me to get the necessary paperwork. Not a bad place to go. Would recommend it.

At the last minute they change policy so good luck if you can't make it on your payday! Without warning the policy changed I had to speed through town to pick up my child and get there before 6....horrible customer service not by the employee but the owners

Terrible office. They don't even deserve 1 star. Helena the manager often makes mistakes blaming the customer until she has to admit them. You will wait well over 4 hours to pay back a loan, when there are only 4 or 5 people in front of you. The staff is not trained well. Helena will tell you that she doesn't care. She will process checks without looking at check numbers and not on the correct date. Not trust worthy. Stay away!

Workers have a poor attitude and are very slow waited over an hour to be seen and once I got to the window I was informed that I needed a check stub. Once I returned with a check stub stub I've been waited in line an additional 30 minutes before I was finally help and finally received my money.

Joeanna is very kind and helpful. If you need she right there. I wouldn't go to another store.

This place is horrible i came in to pick up some money the cashier told me she cant do it wait for the manager. Like what is your job. It took awhile for her to get back and when she did 2 people said that they were here firs, im like what ever. Then they tell the cashier that im a punk and idiot. So i say "i can hear you" then we get into an argument. After she leave the cashier say she dosent want to sever me and threatened to call the cops. What a bad experience im never going to that place. It what you get at woonsocket i guess.
