The El Reno store is my favorite,and that's because of the excellent treatment I receive from Carla Barringer.She is both professional and personable.You can tell she likes helping folks!

The service was awesome, i was able to use a picture of my check. So since i was over two hours away from home i had my daughter text me a picture of it. Kevin moon, Wayne Gerlosky and Tara May were so helpful and polite. It was a fast transaction that left me very happy and satisfied with the experience. Definitely two thumbs up!

Store 2299-El Reno; Carla did everything right!! customer service; she is so very polite. I also initiated a new Net Spend card. So now I receive my payroll. Thank you so much! it was a fantastic experience

My experience was amazing. The staff is fast and very efficient Sarah gave me awesome customer service and a courtesy call before my payment was due I highly recommend this place and ask for Sarah you won’t be disappointed she’s awesome.

The girl that is there so slow and she acts like she don't know what she is doing. I come her on my break from wk bc only time I can and I'm always late everytime. I understand I think she is new but don't leave her alone not knowing what she doing ugggggg. And while I'm waiting and waiting and waiting she talking to another customer about her old job and I ask how much longer she was rude and hateful. This is the poorest service I've got here. I was here 12/29/16

Sarah is very kind and helpful! Also has a great sense of humor. Always takes the time to explain things and makes sure you understand everything about what you’re signing for. Would definitely recommend anyone to go and loan here.

Came to the store around 9:20 this morning. The young lady was outside cleaning the windows.. She informed me that they open at 10AM. So I left, came back around 9:50 and she was inside on her hands and knees cleaning the front of their counters.. Waited, and watched this young lady cleaning the store.. She wiped everything down, vacuumed, dusted and even sprayed the chairs.. here it is not even 10:15, I am out of there with my check cashed! Quick and SIMPLE! Not to mention, the inside of the store smelt and looked amazing! Not one thing out of place! Tara did an awesome job! I will continue to use Check N Go for all my financial needs. I absolutely loved how she made me feel so welcome! First thing she did was introduce herself, rather than looking at me like I was a burden! Good job Check N Go on your amazing employees and customer service!

Would give 0 Stars if I could. Biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced, the rude employee Carla literally cashed my checks and did all the work BEFORE telling me they were going to charge me $120 and it was too late to cancel the transaction. Also took 45 minutes to cash one check. So unbelievably unprofessional. Do not recommend to ANYONE.

This place... is amazing. The lady there helped me through the whole entire process, she didn't get annoyed when I kept asking the same question, and went into great detail of what I was signing on my contract! I am VERY please! I recommend this company especially the El Reno office to everyone!

After being a customer of the Yukon location for about 7 years, I drive from Yukon to this location because the service is exceptional, the ladies are much friendlier and they are beyond helpful. I have recommended the El Reno Check 'n Go to everyone I know.
