I had Kitzia as the person who helped me get a small loan! She went over everything and was super patient! I was approved for an amount and wasn’t sure what I was going to choose but Kitzia went over all the numbers and made sure I was comfortable enough with that I chose. If she wasn’t sure about something, she had her manager on speed dial to get an answer. Overall my experience was SOOOOOOOOO MUCH better at this place than another place I’ve gone too. I hope the next time I go in, Kitzia is there! I was in and out within 30 mins (I’m sure it could have been quicker, had I knew my pay schedule 🤣) but overall, I rate this experience 5 out of 5 stars and 100/100 for professionalism, reassurance and quality!
