Check Into Cash N Azusa Ave, Covina

I asked my employer in working with me and they told me that .what happened to me is weird , some of them cash checks without any question and I sat for an 45 minutes without cashing a check I do not recommend this place, I do not understand why they ask for 3 phone numbers of friends or family, and the names of three friends, a social security number, a phone, an email address, and they ask for another proof for what, in order to send it to a supervisor to agree to a request to cash a check and in the end he refuses, wasting time, again, I would not recommend this place

Excellent service! Want say hello to Vicky and Jessie. These ladies are very kind and caring; they helped me so much especially during the pandemic they are very understanding all the way through. I haven't seen them since last September 2020..hope they're still working in this location. Thank you so much ladies for all you've done for me. God bless always 🙏❤

So ten-minutes before closing I walk in and need 14-checks cashed. I'm the kind of customer you dislike, but I was treated very well and the process was simple. Thank you for a pleasant experience and would be happy to refer anyone.

Customer service is awesome the personnel there are very professional I give customer service a five star rating, but the only thing I don’t like is that you guys do a hard credit check that is not fair because this is a payday. I tried applying for one of those loans you guys do and I was denied. I have other payday loan’s and they do not check my credit.This is one of the reasons why I’m trying very hard to stay away from check into Cash because of the hard credit check you guys are doing that is costing me points on my credit report

The girls here are phenomenal. They are very professional and always happy. Especially Vicky and Jes they are the best they are always fast and efficient .

Pleasant experience staff are very nice. Do to Covid-19, they only accept two people in at a time if their are two employees other wise is one person at a time and you will have to wait out side.

Super rude unprofessional, rude with callers calling in! Never experienced anything like this until now,, the two new workers shouldn’t be working with the public! Others company that was here about a month ago were so nice and respectful. These two ladies need to go home. Disappointing,

I have been a customer for over 10 years and check into cash has helped go thru some tough times. Vicky , jas and all the staff are a godsend if you are on Social Security. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants help compassion and professionalism.

Every time I come to get a payday advance for when I’m running low on cash the staff are always helpful and friendly service is fast and efficient definitely a place worth coming to when you need a payday advance

Other payday loan stores give you a longer gap between Paydays. I walked in to the Azusa store for a payday loan and was only given a week to pay it back.. They run your credit as a "Hard Inquiry" for a freakin payday loan! Thats ridiculous. I never get a loan here again.
