    The people at the Crawfordsville location are very personable. They are professional and friendly. They have always treated me right. I had an issue paying due to an emergency and they helped me get back on track and were nonjudgmental. I only go to this location and it is because of the ladies that work there. Everyone one of them, it is a good group. Easy five star rating.

    The customer service is top notch! They have a very helpful staff. I recently stopped in to ask a few questions & get up updated info on the loan process. April was on deck to help in any way she could. She was very friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I found the information I needed. I will be stopping by again real soon!

    I had to wait outside for 30 mins. Because apparently they only allow one person in the store at a time. Upon finally entering the store I went to purchase a money order. I was told "unfortunately that machine is down." They should have signs put up saying that or the rep should tell you that before telling you to wait outside for over a half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous and professional.

    This place is a lifesaver! Especially when you need emergency money for car repairs and such. I really enjoy the company(staff) there! Angel is a lot of fun and the atmosphere is very inviting! Angel is very businesslike but has a great sense of humor!
