The 2 people that have helped me, Austin and Jessica are absolutely amazing. Great place for a short term loan...or to roll it over constantly like me lol. Would definitely recommend for anyone in a pinch in need of a short term loan.

Went in to cash a check from capital one told to come back the next day claimed she cant cash checks after 5. The next day told company she needed to talk to doesnt work saturdays. Had to walk there monday ehen i ran out of gas and the girl acted very weird and kept asking me to try other places and telling me to open a bank account. She kept entering my information wrong including my address snd even had me set up as a new customer when i had been on file with them for two years. Twice she said she crashed the system and kept trying to get me to go outside and wait. I eventuslly did after she submittrd the check and told me it eas going to be 20 min for approval i watched her through the window and the second she thought i wasnt looking i saw her reach across to the computer my check was verifying on and did something on the keyboard. I went right bavk in and she claimed my check was denied and told me i had to go get a judge to sign off reporting details of my divorce and refused to give me anything in writing stating such when i asked. She refused to give me the information as to why the check was denied. I called capital one and found out she had actually cashed the check and now i cant cash it. This girl went to incredible lengths to do this with her 'crashing' the system to urging me to go outside and i saw her doing something during thevtime she claimed was just their company verifying the check, the second she thought i wasnt looking. She lied about everything then cashed my check and screwed me out of $1000

Easy service on getting a loan. just expect to have them call you more then once and lie saying they called you and you didnt pick up, though you told them the last time they called. which was the week before they were supposed to call exactly what time youll be there. then they just lie on paper and make up their own excuses.

Unprofessional. Your employees work in customer service and they still act like they can be rude to the people that walk in their door.
