Came in last minute in desperate need of a pay advance that I needed by the next day! I hadn’t been at this location in a couple months but Mrs. Nakisha was SUPER Helpful! All smiles and so much patience hearing me out and willing to give me the best option for me. She worked fast, friendly and efficient. It’s rare to get customer service this great now a days. So thankful for her and check into cash. Such a life saver. I will definitely be back.

If i could do 0 stars, I would!!! This place does credit checks and they dont even tell you until it is too late. They almost ruined my credit when I am trying to rebuild!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO CHECK N GO next door to Dunkin Donuts! No credit Checks and the women there are way way nicer and very knowledgeable!

The ladies who work at this location are the most friendliest and kindest I've encountered in this line of business. They are very accommodating and courteous with myself and others. I'm very happy to continue my business with them over any other check cashing place in town. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking their services that they provide.

Dont fall for their so called pre -qualifation . My husband called and got a pre-qualification from them and procedded to the office with all income proofs and I.Ds and of course S.S. numbers.. And after all this: ie the pre-qualification over the phone the gathering on documents and the drive there , he was denied a very small payday loan..even though he met the credit criteria and all that they said was necessary! This establishment is untrustworthy and and falsifies their advertising! What a complete waste of our time! We will never use or reccomend this place again!!

So frustrated! They let me pay off my $620 loan before informing me that they made mistakes and I can't get another loan. Really!? I was depending on the ability to take it out again and make payments gradually...I can't pay that much back all at once! So my bank account is drained because of your employee's mistake?! I don't even have money to get gas for work now!!!!

Was in a jam, and everything went fine, though couldn't borrow quite what I needed. Be aware there are limits, based on what you make per check. Other then that one minor thing, staff were amazing, and got me in and out very quickly
