Very professional employees in the office in Hammond Indiana Love the employee by the name of Jean shows great compassion for her customers, patient explains every detail. Please keep hiring employees like her😀 P.S. give her a raise she deserves it don’t tell her I requested that lol. 😀

My wife and I have been doing business with them since they were located over in Highland off of Indianapolis blvd by Ultra. We are both very pleased with the service we have been given. We are treated fairly and have never had an issue that could not be resolved. They are willing to do whatever they can to help us out.

Went here to receive a loan (first time ever doing so in recent months). The young woman was pretty nice in her attempt to provide a small loan to my cousin, and myself. This is the second loan I received in Indiana, and neither explained that these were NOT installment loans. During the next few weeks I had more that $1000 worth of car repairs. Unexpected of course. Didn’t find out until I attempted to make a payment that the entire amount was due. They will all claim that they explained as much…this store and others in this state. Not the type of thing you would forget. Additionally, there was someone with me who could attest to such. The assumption is that everyone who steps in there has already been there. Don’t make assumptions. Of course it’s in the contract but I’m sure they wouldn’t want customers standing in line actually reading the long contracts wrought with legalese. I’m a paralegal and it would take me awhile. There is a Pandemic! Pre-pandemic, unexpected things happen and could cause catastrophe in ones life…during normal times. I’m not a low-wage earner so I haven’t had many of those cases, but during times when my earnings have decreased significantly, a car repair for $1000+ 1500 rent….will send you in a tail spend. Actually, just stay away from these places if you can. The owners know damn well that the loans they make are pretty high risk during these times so they are not shocked that some will default on/be late on these loans. Get the “extremely” small amounts from Mom, Dad, siblings if possible. It was an emergency and didn’t want to ask. Swallow your pride and do so anyway’

Very prompt and friendly. They will take care of you. You never have to deal with bad attitudes such as currency exchanges. If you need help they can fill that need. Great business in this location!

I never had any problems until the new manager Heidi took over. The day my loan was due they put it through my bank. Couldn't even wait because they couldn't get a hold of me. I will be going elsewhere.

This place is filled with crooks. I had an issue with a money order and they reassured me that they would cash it. I get there and they had me give all my personal info, sign the m.o, write some strange statement on the back of it then after all that, said they couldn't cash it. First reason was the m.o. was written on...... REALLY!!!! Then they said the system rejected it and they couldn't tell me why. The m.o was purchased at this location. The person who bought it was willing to come with the receipt and stub to show them and they said she couldn't get a refund either. I have tried to take the m.o. to other places. No one will touch it.... especially now that I have signed it, and scratched the stupid statement off. BTW this is a Western Union m.o and it is completely useless. This place just basically stole our money. This place is a scam, I can't imagine how much money they are making off people. Don't do any type of business with them.

No one spoke as I entered the location took reps 5 mins to even speak where just standing around doing nothing. Reps didn’t even try to help in proceeding to get loan customer service is terrible!
