    This place is the worst place to send money. The lady (Negin) has not idea what customer service means. This was my second time coming here, but it also the last one. I won't come back at all even though super close to me. I don't recommend this place at all. First, the bitter lady has a huge attitude, minds answering questions, has not idea how to provide services to costumers. She is not equipped to answer questions about the services that they offer even though she feels that she is running the place. Secondly you have wait long time to get this done. Worst experience ever.

    I don't know the lady's name but it's the same short Hispanic lady.shes constantly extremely rude to me and my girlfriend when we would go to pick up money.she would serve me when I was 18 no problem but when girlfriend​ went when we was 18 and 19 she's lie to her and say she couldn't serve her.she would also try to use I'm going in break as an excuse to not serve you or to try to hide from you.in order to not serve you.theres literally no reason for her to act like this it's totally unpofessional​

    Horrible, people are very nice but have no idea what they are doing. Their system is always down. Came to cash my check(and I'm already registered with them) and ended up waiting 50 min to even get dealt with because the lady was moving extremely slow. This was after she leftthe store for 45 min while people waited outside.. huge rant but I am very upset.
