Did some shopping around today on the phone. Called several title loan places here. By far, Tyler was the most polite and informative. Most of the places I called today seemed as if they wanted to rush off the phone. I stayed o the phone with this gentleman for about 8 minutes asking several questions. He answered them without a problem and didn’t seem irritated that I kept asking so many. Can’t wait to actually go see them tomorrow.

This was my first time using a service like this and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and convenient everything was. The staff was super helpful. The store was very clean and the employees sanitized before and after my visit. Overall, I would say it was a great success and I will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

The manager at TitleMax was always in a hurry and not friendly, definitely didn’t get that feeling here. I will refer anyone who needs money to come here first. The best title pawn business you can go to within the area! How helpful theyve been to me.. they treat me like a person not a figure. Tyler has been the staff member I've worked with the most the last several months.. & I really don't know how things would have been anywhere else. He knows my situation & worked with me. Will refer to anyone needing title pawn n a heart beat. Also I need to add Tammy & the other lady that helps in office(I apologize for not having name). I lost alot of loved ones the last few months & I was treated so kindly & I actually broke down in office & was offered water & kindness!! I wouldn't go anywhere but this place!!
