    Courtney was very nice and very helpful. This first day I went in to cash a check the internet was down but she called me the minute it came back up. I had to go back the next day for personal reasons but Courtney was there and very nice and very helpful again. She was very apologetic for the internet being down, which wasn't her fault or cic's fault and apologetic for the time it took to get the bank's clearance of the check which again wasn't her or cic's fault. Courtney was very informative of what was going on the entire time. The only down side was the fee for cashing the check but it was worth it thanks to Courtney.

    The ladies working were nice. However the company itself is lousy! I went in with 2 coworkers to cash checks and both coworkers got their check cashed and mine was denied. All 3 checks were from the same company. Unbelievable!
