I love this pawn shop I drive all the way from Lafayette and this the best one yet it’s definitely worth the drive and mr.Martin is the best help ever and the tvs are the best

It's a decent place. Tip: if you buy a used movie check to make sure it's the right disc inside. Learned that one the hard way

The crew is amazing. They are all so very knowledgeable and willing to help you in a timely manner. Guns, auto, pretty much anything... I personally like shopping with the kid, Tyler. He has a great personality, always smiling, and is very informative. He is always focused on the customer in front of him and takes the time to explain everything so you can understand. The whole crew are patient and pleasant prove. The environment, itself, is so family friendly. I really enjoy finding what I need at Chad's Pawn Shop in Jennings Louisiana.

The jennings location USED to be my favorite pawn shop to deal with in Louisiana! They had always helped myself and my family tremendously, that is until a couple of months ago. Now it's a joke. I'm always told the same thing. Ohh the system says only 10 or 14 or 20 bucks. And that's for something in really great condition and costed close to 200 or more! Really? Because just a couple weeks ago for the same thing it was triple that. Or go to the other location in lc and its triple or quadruple than what I've been told there. So from now on I'll take that drive and make it worth my time.

Great place, very friendly staff, very professional especially a gentleman by the name of Tyler. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. I only visited the store as I was passing through Jennings. Due to Tyler's personality and positive attitude this will be one of my frequent and favorite places to go. Thank you Mr. Tyler for all your help.

The staff at Chad's in jennings is always very helpful and polite. I make the drive to use them over other pawn shops because their customer service is worth it.

Today I had a doctors appointment in Jennings. I had some free time when I was done; I had to stop in at Chad's Pawn Shop. Dee has an in-depth knowledge of how all of the items he sells work. I for one ask tons of questions and I'm so very grateful for Dee's patience. It's important to me as a customer, who often reach out for support when I'm a little confused about a particular item. Dee greeted me with a smile, and he was courteous and respectful. Thanks, Dee, for your patience and providing me with excellent customer service, WOW!, Oh, I almost forgot Martin is also great! I love my deals at Chad's Pawn Shop in Jennings they are truly the best!

I just recently purchased a beautiful laptop here. Martin is my fav person at this pawn shop. He has always been so patient, answering whatever questions I may have and extremely helpful. If you go there ask for him, he's awesome!

Martin has helped me so many times. I’ve gotten every tv from chads pawnshop, I posted I was looking for a phone and he had one for me the same day. He’s found Blu-ray players for me, anything you can think of. Everything has always been in great condition, he always checks batteries, wires, connections, etc beforehand and in front of me. If I’ve ever had an issue, like a movie missing out the case, he’s traded it or given me another for free. He’s always pleased me as a customer and I’m so grateful for their customer service. The guy who waited on us came out to our vehicle to say what they would accept, he was friendly and nice. I think he could have given more for our items but all in all good experience.

Staff is always friendly and helpful.. Deondrick ALWAYS comes through if I have and issue he makes sure his customers are happy with their purchase..

I go to Chad' s fairly often and, for the most part, it's a positive experience. Martin is my favorite person to deal with. He's so helpful and polite! There's a couple guys that are pleasant but there's at least one that I can't stand to deal with. I'm not sure of his name. If you go to Chad' s in Jennings, ask for #Martin!

Great place to shop. Martin and Dee will help you out with anything (and work with you on the price too 😉). Definitely my go to place for jewellery, guns, tools, and electronics.
