Check Into Cash AZ, Bullhead City

HORRIBLE place. My mom died and they new it I had a set date to pay the Truck off and they came and towed it one day after I was late because we had a misunderstanding of employment with them. they took it personal and I would NEVER recommend this place for anything, very unprofessional and rude people as I tired to call about my Truck and NO response because I didn't come in when my Mom DIED! oh and they stole my charger too. PLACE SUCKS! don't do business here as I was also told they will tow someone's car who's mean or upset with them. lol place is a big joke reason they cant keep workers. - used to have a good comment on here cause they have the workers have friends and family and themselves post good reviews. BIG JOKE!

The 2 lady’s were very helpful, after getting rejected from other places, they were able to help me get my check cashed quickly, Pettra, Louise were super sweet and nice, and offered to go the extra mile to help me out. I will be coming back for more future checks! Highly recommended place for business!

Very happy with this place they had me in and out in 30 min. The ladies are funny and made this an awesome experience for myself and my family. We got the help we needed and I would reccomend them to anyone that needs a loan or just a check cashed.

I do not recommend this company's location at ALL! They misinform right from the beginning about "store" policy as opossed to the company's policy. The strange 'controlling' nature of the store manager is not the national company's process in any way at all. They are not friendly or informed of the business they work for and if going in this direction, I'd suggest a much better STORE where they treat you as a customer.

Took my mother in law today and I was just blown away by Louise. Not only was she fast, efficient and friendly she was also genuinely kind. I would highly recommend her!

I have been in this place twice now with a friend who needed to cash her check and both times there was no A/C . 115 degrees outside and it felt like 90 in the place.There was one worker named Louise who still had great customer service regardless of how hot it was for her . How can they make thier employees work like this! Let alone the customers who are only in there for a short amount of time.

Petra and Louise were Angels the process was very easy they made it very very easy for me and I got the money that I needed I recommend this place 100% to friends and families come on in and meet Petra and Louise and they will help you with your financial needs

These ladies really are the best. Their customer service is superb. Always laughing and smiling when we come in. We really appreciate their help every time that we come in.
