Yes I came in on a Monday after work at the location on 12th st and Washington within five minutes the store flooded with many customers the to customers particularly were very impatient because she was on the phone with another check city or somebody wanted to cash a check but it was business you could tell I even offered to go outside and call the corporate office to try to get somebody in here to help her because people were being rude but unfortunately I was not successful at that however when she came to help me at the register I could not believe her demeanor how patient and kind and thorough she was if there were more cashiers in the world like that the world would be a better place I was just very very impressed I have never seen in my 60 years of living anyone with that kind of patients but yet very experienced thank you check city for all you’ve done for me. But more so thank you YEIMIthe teller four her patients she deserves a raise and a 10

5 stars to all the folks at Check City on 12th St. I have used another loan place in the past and felt awkward. Check City makes you feel like your important and they show you how much they appreciate my business. They are kind, professional and that is important. Thanks for your help Check City. You guys rock!

The Staff and store manager are super friendly, and always smiling and professional. They actually make an attempt to speak to you beyond "hi" and "welcome"

(Updated as the store has contacted back about the events and has resolved with me what had happened and how they will correct it) I have never had a bad experience with check city untill this week. My loan payment was due on the 7th. When I realized I could re-finance and lower my payment. I chose to. The employee I spoke to that day told me since I had done so that payment on the 7th would not be due. Payment for the loan had deducted from my account. The only solution that was available to get back what was paid was to re finance in an attempt to be able to add 127 the ammount of the payment of the loan. The manager at the other store was only able to approve 87. So from being told that I had no payment due. I lost $49. If the manager of the store reads this I want the owner of the store to contact me about this. I'm still waiting on contact.

This would be my rating for Layton, Utah Check City, but it's not an option on the list provided. I've never used any other store as I live in Layton. The staff in LAYTON are very friendly and most helpful. I've been a long time customer and they've always been great.

Elsy V. in Collections has been very helpful and patient with me to reduce my bi-weekly payment to an amount that works well with my budget. I am a disabled senior who suffers from chronic pain as well as chronic asthma, and there are some days I'm unable to work because of illness. Elsy was very understanding of my situation, and I really appreciate her being accommodating of my needs and reducing my loan payment to an amount I can afford.

I have been treated with respect and the employees at your location are polite and fast

I go there every week to cash my check and the staff is always in a great mood and friendly, you just can't find that anymore.

It’s a nice clean place the staff is helpful they cashed my check I didn’t like the 15 dollars it cost to cash it .

The tellers are always very polite. If they only have one window open and a person gets in line they immediately open another window to accommodate, if a handycap person is coming in they will help them with the door and chair. They are very knowledgeable regarding their services. The store I was rating is on State Street and 2150 South in Salt Lake City.
