Great customer service ! Fast , friendly and pleasant employees ! Went above and beyond to help me out. I also observed the employee helping an elderly woman out and she went out of her way to make sure the customer was happy and understood her complete transaction. Very patient employees here.

Worst customer service, the cashier has the worst actitid ever he was screaming at me he was rude i told him to calm down not to be screaming at me, but apparently he dosen't care about customer service, never again i would came back to this place!!!!!

The man working July 23 2020 At 7:30pm was very disrespectful and aggressively speaking to me and my husband, because we weren’t to familiar with the process Of cashing a check. instead of explaining...then refused to service us it was Embarrassing and I will be looking to take legal action I had my 7 year old son with me and if this is how your employee treat families you will lose business he doesn’t feel the need to have good costumer service he acted Entitled and even screamed at us.....

This place is a joke they tell you different things and are not professional at all. The customer service there is horrible they act disrespectful and rude. And on top of it they don't wear masks like a lot of companies make you do and I believe there a scam take your money and tell you something different

I took a check into the store and the girls that's was working there didn't even help me the right way she said she needed a phone number but didn't even look at the check. I am very displeased with the service there

I had an absolute terrible experience visiting this cash checking place the lady behind the counter was very rude and took 15 minutes to take me and there was nobody even in the store she made it so complicated to cash a simple check I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

Only have ONE single person working in the store on a FRIDAY EVENING when everybody in Hollywood is trying to cash their paycheck. Makes no sense seeing as how that would clearly be their busiest time. Expect to wait 30 minutes or even more a lot of the time with about 4 people in front of you when you arrive. Btw this is nearly every friday.
