Went to the quick lube for my transmission to be serviced. I watched the certified tech handle my Yukon with care took all the necessary steps to ensure the job was done right. I defiantly recommend them for any of your service needs.

Amazing service! We just wanted to look around and we just fell in love with our new Silverado! Rafael gave us amazing service no pressure to buy but made the numbers work and well we walked out with a brand new truck and couldn’t be anymore happier or satisfied with the outcome!! I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I was extremely unsatisfied with the knowledge the staff held. This is by far the worst experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had. The customer service was awful, it was like pulling teeth trying to get answers from anyone. Everyone ran around needing to ask someone else to get a simple answer. I will do everything I can to make sure the people I know and will know in the future never use this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Please save yourself the headache and find a new dealer to buy from.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Chase Chevrolet I always take my car in for the required time of oil changes and tire rotation. Now keep in mind that there is supposed to be a 21 point inspection with that so if there are any problems we can address the problem right away I trust that , well I’ve been let down because I took my car in for air conditioning service and after it was done and paying I noticed on the paper work it said I have an oil leak so I went to talk to the service tech and I told him hey it says there an oil leaK , so I make another appointment to address this problem and now not only one leak but others as well so long story short he tells me after I called 3 times during the day he didn’t call me I called him after 7hrs oh! It’s going to cost $1900.00 I said wait a minute from a miner leak to this , so I looked up my history just 8 months ago I had plugs, wires water pump , seal done to my car one of the leaks is from the cover where the water pump go’s , I’m really upset about the whole matter you would think being a loyal customer they would go above and beyond to help I guess the economy has hurt them that bad that now they go to drastic measures

I was here a week ago. But honest I felt like I was ripped off. My car was dropped off at 8am and didn't get finished until 2pm nothing major needed to be done but what I don't understand is how I ended up paying 700 dollars for a part that only cost 50 dollars and the excuse I got was their was only a three mechanics in the back. So It took you guys 6 hours to work on my vehicle due to the fact there wasn't too many cars coming in that day I don't see why it took so long. I have been coming here for years I'm not too impressed with the service I received. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great staff and great knowledge of the business! This company has been in business for so long and people always tell me how they love the customer service here. I personally work here and can definitely agree that the people here are very friendly. Then again my review could have a bias but oh well.

The service manager who handled my ticket (Tony) was absolutely awesome! I had to leave my truck for a few days so that he could fit it into the rotation as appointments canceled BUT he made it happen and delivered my truck back to me 2 weeks sooner than the next available appointment. On top of that, he ensured that it was all covered under my extended warranty!

It was so easy after the Tow truck came and told me I had a dead battery. Called and had it replaced that afternoon. I am an older woman and no man around and the tow truck driver saved me. I had an appointment the next day at 8:00 am to have my car checked. The tow trucked saved me with a day from of running here and there waiting for my car. This department took care of me. I called to schedule an appointment for a oil change and rotation and other services for my Christmas trip with my family. When I was connected with quick lube I spoke with Tyler. He was very rude and sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I asked for pricing on a transmission service and then after being on hold for 10 minutes he said they couldn’t do it. I have a Chevy brand truck. Is this not a Chevrolet dealership? Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Absolutely the worst. Had to have my engine replaced under an extended warranty. They got a $9,000 payday out of it. Between the dealership and the warranty company it took 2 & 1/2 weeks just to get the approval. Mostly because Chase was dragging ass. No communication from their representatives. I had to call them for updates. When i did speak to someone i was repeatedly lied to. Asked to speak to a manger and was never allowed to. They did not disclose all the costs. I had to come out of pocket for an additional $1,300 that they didn't tell me about until they had already pulled they engine out, essentially holding me over a barrel and my car for ransom. Then to top it off, when they were finally "done" with my car, a month and a half from when i dropped it off. It drove worse than a used Craig's list car. The brakes didn't work, the alignment was so off that the i had to fight it from changing lanes. There was a loud grinding noise coming from the engine they had just put in. They killed my battery. All in all. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. The service department here is a joke. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE WORK. UPDATE: While doing some regular maintenance on my car found that somebody at the dealership either hit my car or hit something with my car and destroyed my billet aluminum grill

Got the pleasure to do business with Ernie Rodriguez. He helped me through the process, made everything as easy as it could be. I had to get a vehicle after an accident and was on a time crunch to get into a vehicle so I could return to work. Ernie helped me through the whole process and got me into exactly what I wanted. He worked with the limited finances I had and got the deal closed for me. I originally had a distrust for car salesmen but was completely blown away with the amazing costumer service and commitment shown by Ernie and the Chase Chevrolet staff. I will be a return customer. *DON'T TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT* We bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. In April of 2020 the car was burning through oil extremely fast. Turns out there was a recall for this exact issue. We brought it into the service department and were told we would have to pay for an oil change through them (even though we had just gotten one) before they would inspect the car. We were told to drive the car for 2000 miles and then bring it back for inspection. We did this and then were told the inspection was done wrong so we had to drive it for another 2000 miles and come back again. After being given the run around over and over they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Just last week the car completely shut off while we were driving it! We took it to our mechanic and he said the engine is consuming oil which is exactly what we took it in for back in April of 2020. We called Chase to tell them and they said the car is now out of warranty for that recall and we'd have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Even though we took it in back in April of 2020 when it was still covered and THEY told us nothing was wrong with it when clearly there is! Horrible customer service 0/10 would not recommend.

I took my truck in for a oil change and I was very satisfied with the service. My technician was working very fast and professionally and answered all my questions. Got me out in about 45 minutes when they told me it was 1 1/2 hr wait. Thanks Brandon! Definitely will bring my car back for service.

I went to Chase on a day I lost one of my keys and they were to replace it and answer all my questions so kindly. I only had to wait 2 hours and when I returned they reminded me I had not serviced my vehicle in quite some time so they went ahead and completed for me! And did the same for the safety recall I has forgotten about. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the place. I'm extremely happy we purchased the vehicle at Chase! Thanks again!

I was treated with respect. Gary was a great sales person who answered all my questions, returned all my calls and never once was pushy or acted as if I wasn’t a valued customer. Juaquin in finance was super professional and had the paperwork ready to go when I got there. Tracy the sales manager was helpful and assisted us with everything we asked. Over the last several years put our trust into Chase Chevrolet to purchase and service our vehicles. We have had A+ experiences and F experiences. Unfortunately the more recent service experiences have been on a disappointing decline, which are the F grade experiences. We have been a proud owner of Chevrolet cars and trucks since 2005, all purchased through this dealership. We have spent nearly $20,000.00 on services, replacement parts, dishonesty and mistakes in just the last couple of years. Services on just one vehicle which continues to have unresolved issues. At what point do we just call it quits and go somewhere more reliable for the work and answers during/after the first service? There is no timely fashion in which we receive our vehicle back (last time 9 days and a rental vehicle for the last day of service) with little to no communication. There have been times where quotes are given and the budget is gone over by a large sum (and more recently by 1,200.00) If the work isn't done, it will be seemingly detrimental. So again we deplete our funds into this vehicle and we receive it back with the same unresolved issue and less to our name. My heart sinks when we bring it in because Chase has become more of a burden than a blessing. Sad and disappointed, a 1 star rating of the misplaced honesty and integrity to the value and loyalty of their guests.

Called to make an appointment to get a software update, and was told that I would have to leave the car there for about 5 days since they were so behind. I asked if I could just make an appointment for when they had time to do the update, and was told that it wasn't fair to all the other people who left their car while waiting. Bottomline: they don't make appointments for service. You just leave your car there and they will get to it when they can. Over the air updates would also be nice to have implemented.

As far as the oil change everything was fine. My wife Susan was the one who brought the car in. She was shopping so they called me. When she returned to get the car, she found it unlocked and parked on the side of the building. This is our company vehicle that has equipment in it.

Jaime went above and beyond with his customer service. From the start truck was still in transit, Jaime kept me up to date and called me as soon as truck arrived. Unfortunately, Chase system was down when I arrived to sign and pickup truck but they promised me they will deliver truck next day and as promised they drove the 2 hour drive and delivered the truck. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. The customer service was great but the mechanical service was way under par. I took my vehicle in a few months ago to get an alignment done and it wasn't done correctly and all of a sudden they found an issue that wasn't there before I dropped it off. Secondly, a couple of weeks ago I went in to get my oil changed and to get the alignment corrected. I had to pay for the second alignment even though they didn't do it right the first time and I was quart low on my oil change I had to go to AutoZone and redo the oil change because I didn't trust them to know if they really put the oil I requested and paid for. I'm very disappointed I will no longer take my vehicle or my company vehicles there again

Had a very nice time dealing for my 2022 Chevy Equinox. It was Memorial Day, and I was able to enjoy a hamburger lunch on Chase Chevrolet. The Equinox was preordered. MSRP was the negotiated price, from there we agreed on a trade-in buy back for my older Equinox. Very nice and cordial Salesmans Scott and Tim. The atmosphere was relaxed. They make a very nice team. Frustrated. Not that I don’t appreciate the attempts but my issue is still unresolved. My truck was sold to me with a bad engine. Luckily I got the extended warranty because I now have a new engine but this new engine is making an odd and quite annoying noise. I’m being told that they cannot identify where the noise is coming from so there isn’t anything they can do but it’s “nothing to worry about”. If they can’t even identify it, how do I know it’s nothing the worry about? I’m uncomfortable. I was also told that these engines make noises. All I know is my last engine didn’t. So to tell me it’s normal, doesn’t sit well with me. Something is wrong. I’ve had people people hear it and ask me what’s wrong. All I can say is I’m being told nothing. I’ve had other professionals listen to it. They have made suggestions on the noise and I’ve informed Chase but they just tell me they can’t duplicate the sound to figure it out. Amazing. Since the truck does it every time you drive it and I’ve taken my service rep for a drive twice and he’s clearly heard it. So it comes down to, “that’s the way the engine came to them” and “all they did was install it” and “they can’t even try to fix it because what it could possibly be would cost too much to fix”. This engine is under warranty. Doing something about it would be nice. I love my truck and I’m a Chevy girl but I am not a fan of the service. As nice as they come across, it would be nice to have a dependable team help me fix the issue that clearly exists rather than be told so many different things. Including that my old engine probably made the same noise and I didn’t notice it. I would not have purchased the truck if it made this noise. It’s my only means if transportation so I have no other choice but to put my faith in the uncertainty words that there is nothing wrong with my engine. Even though in the same sentence I’m being told that they can exactly identify what the issue is. Sounds a lot like what I was told before they decided I needed a new engine in the first place. So I guess I’m getting around and transporting my kid in a safe enough vehicle? I’m not all that confident but I what other choice do I have?

The service tex was very nice and polite but, was not able to take care of my concerns, in fact I was told there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. If there were nothing wrong, I would not have been complaining for almost a year now. Really makes me question purchasing this vehicle.

General experience was good. Called ahead of time to have entire deal ready to sign and drive when arrived since I live in Klamath Falls. Seemed to be some confusion and it all took a little longer than expected. They have a big selection of lifted trucks, but just as huge is the markup on the lifted trucks. Went through who they use to install parts (4WheelParts) got a stage 2 instead of the showroom stage 1 lift kit, still saved 3k over the accessories markup... not sure how that's even possible. I reccomend calling 4 Wheel Parts and getting an invoice on the parts installed on the vehicles. Can use the VIN number from the truck while test driving save yourself some wasted cash.

So bad .I requested for a $99.00 dollar service. When they call me to pickup my vehicle they was charging 20 dollar extra Taking on count that make the car maintenance on dealership is so expensive they still charging hiden fees or wherever they call that's so disappointing.

Please do NOT come here. Females over the phone are rude and when in person, their presentation explains it all. Not professional what so ever. Advisors are jokes, had my car for over a month (waited on back order parts) and not once did I get a call like hey no parts still just to update me.. nothing. Finally got my car back to see someone hit something and dented my front grille in. Someone came out took pics and said they will call back. Of course no one followed up with me.. Every time I called I was put on hold or they avoided talking with me by any means. Been almost a month and still no one has reached out. I don’t live close so driving there to get some information I needed about my last service is not ideal and I 100% understand what they can and can’t do over the phone. No efforts in a solution to my problem was provided and once again I get put on longer holds. I myself come from a dealership and they really need to evaluate their employees and hire people who don’t just see a paycheck. All the people I have come in contact with are no where close to helping this business thrive and definitely does not set a great example, not even a decent example of what a Chevrolet should be.

Daphne, who answered the phone and made my appointment, gets a 10for being very pleasant and very efficient. Your recordings that asked to leave a message gets a 0. The lack of response to the two messages I left gets a 0. Chris, who put me on hold and left me there while the parts department closed, gets a 0. I had actually made an appointment with a dealership in Modesto until I talked to Daphne. She is the influence that brought me back to Chase to give them another chance. I had already found another place for my regular oil changes because of the sad customer service at Chase. So if anybody is reading, I recommend treating your customers like you are glad to have them. If your sales people treated customers like your parts and service departments, you would go out of business.

Service technician did a good job. The people in the office not so much. Standing in front of the desk for about 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. When I was trying to pay they asked me to get out of line so someone else that had just walked in could pay so he could get his truck. But I was in line with my card ready to pay. Definitely not wanting to go back for that type of treatment.

I brought my car to Chase Chevrolet because I have been doing business with you for over 20 years. I live 2 1/2 hours away from Chase and was visiting family when my 2 year old Traverse began indicating it was not in park, even though it was in fact in park. I called to make an appointment to have it checked and learned it was a VERY common issue with Chevrolet products. I had to wait 2 weeks for an available appointment for a software update that should have fixed the problem. When I arrived to pick up my car, it still had the same issue. Since the software update didn’t resolve the issue they decided it must be a faulty part instead (on a car that is barely 2 years old?) and would likely cost $150. Since I do not live near-by, I didn’t have much choice. I left it to be fixed again. When the service advisor called to let me know my car was ready again, I was told they had to replace another part too, but they would give me a “great discount” and have my car washed too. When I arrived to pick it up, my “great discount” cost me $175 and no car wash. How disappointing! If this is the kind of product Chevy makes now and how they treat their loyal customers, my next vehicle will NOT be a Chevy and I will no longer be using the dealership for any service on my vehicles!

Came in for an oil change and was very disappointed. My tech was super slow like his feet were in concrete. Was on his phone or talking most of the time. Truck was done and sitting out front and still took him another 25 minutes to bring in my keys and paperwork so I could pay. Over all techs didn't seem to professional out in the shop. Office staff and cashier were good.

Our salesman Rafael was very helpful. Before we got there he sent my husband pictures of the truck he wanted and had it ready for him to see it and test drive it. Would differently recommend Chase Chevrolet. This is our second purchase at Chase and just like with our first purchase we were not disappointed.

I had an appointment at 9am and my truck was not being worked on when i left an hour later. My appointment was at 9 not when ever they decided to start on it. Then they kept my truck over night for a stereo issue they didn’t even need to get parts for it. That just tells me they didn’t work on my truck that day. So no i will not be going back unless i have to do my maintenance there. But if i dont need to have any business there i will not be going nor be referring people there.
