Chase Bank Northland Dr, Grand Rapids

This branch has converted to a "super ATM" in the lobby and no longer has any tellers, at the desk or at a drive-thru. You can really only discuss loans here or do ATM transactions. You can't exchange currency any longer. I had an issue with my account, and had cash on me to resolve it, but my issue could not be addressed because the ATM did not accept my debit card and the bankers were only there to help with the machine or with loans... they are literally unable of processing cash transactions at their desk. Very disappointing. The LMCU across the street is very nice!

Quick, competent service. Not my usual branch, but location is near a place I stop often. So I've gone there perhaps 5 times for things like check cashing, advice on online banking issue, transferring CD funds etc. Wait was always very short, staff were courteous and my needs were met.

They got rid of their tellers, literally just have a single “smart” atm in the building. If I wanted an atm I’d go through their tiny drive thru that almost rips off the mirrors. This will be a failed business model I hope.

Bank only does digital transactions. Need a debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay to get cash out. Essentially only an ATM location.

Everyone is so sweet and helpful! This location is never busy, and all the tellers know me by name. Very cozy and a good time every day I’m in:)))

Bought a cellphone from china. It arrived broken. They refused refund. I filed dispute. Chase gave my money back then gave it back to China. I even have all of proof that phone arrived broken and China AliExpress and Cubot denied refund even though their policy states they do it. Did nothing.

I used to have a bank account here. That was, until they screwed me. Long story short, somebody stole my credit card, and they said they would only refund 3/4 of the money spent. While this normally wouldn't be a big deal, I lost hundreds of dollars. Safe to say, I switched banks.

The people that work here a very nice and greet you and are personable. Small atm hard to drive through. Like the atm inside though when there actually open it lets you do a lot of things

Absolutely the worst service of any Chase bank BY FAR I WILL NEVER BANK THERE AGAIN

Kind of surprising when you walk into a Chase bank and you can't cash a Chase Bank check. How pathetic
