Chase Bank S La Grange Rd, La Grange

I called and tried to verify a check, I didn't want any information just if the check is good. The manager said she can't help me with that, they don't provide this information. I mean it's just a yes the check is valid or no the check is not, it's for the benefit of their customer what about if it was a fraudulent check. Chase is getting worse and worse. I am sure the manager easily could have helped just didn't want to. What ever happened to providing great customer service and finding ways to say yes and helping.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went there on a Saturday, the women that took care of us had no type of knowledge on anything business account related. She almost opened it with a SS # instead of an EIN. Couldn’t answer our questions about the fees for quick accept, I had to correct her with information I found online as I was speaking to her. She said somebody would contact us to sell us the card slider on Monday. We decided to call customer service on Friday and they informed us they don’t contact us. The women was suppose to order it when we opened the business account. Our cards don’t have the business name nor did she give us the option. As a customer you want a professional to knowledge you with information and make you feel comfortable to make sure you’re making the right choice. It wasn’t that type of experience and I wouldn’t go back to this branch.

Interesting how Chase says it's a bank for the people. My friend who is a senior citizen was accosted by two burly men and forced to drive to this bank and withdraw thousands of dollars. Luckily she was Un- harmed, but Chase Bank is refusing to allow the police to see their security footage without a court order. Outrageous !!! SHAME on you. I would never bank at this bank. All they care about is profit and not people.

It may not be this bank but I know it’s a chase bank, anyways I just want to say how dare you speak to my father so rudely and such heartless way. My father unfortunately contracted covid and had to shut down our restaurant and ask the bank if he can pay next month and this cold heart dog of a woman said “no, if yo don’t pay then will charge you a Heavy fee”. My father then said how I had to shut down, and then this dog of a lady said “how are you eating” my father then said that money is for food and essentials. And this cold hearted lady then said “ to bad”. Very lucky I did not speak to this lady but I promise you I will find out who you are. But wow chase you hire the right people for banks cold hearted.

My wife and I recently opened Chase Private Client accounts at the La Grange, Illinois branch location. I was very impressed with how easy they made the process. From the time I initially inquired about the type of accounts at Chase and the Chase Private Client promotions offered everyone was very courteous, attentive and professional. Our Private Client Banker, Sir Daniel Elwood was very informative and knew the type of accounts with ease. He made the whole process easy and explained everything in simple terms we could understand. We felt comfortable and confident with everyone we dealt with. Sir Daniel helped us with any questions or anything we needed help with quickly and expeditiously, even after we opened our accounts. Sir Daniel Elmwood is a truly exemplary Personal Banker. The whole team at this Chase branch location are truly excellent. We are very very happy customers and would definitely recommend this branch. “Hat’s off” to all the team members whom made our life easier with all their special efforts and dedication to their customers. We truly appreciate it. Isn’t this what banking should be ?

Horrible. The drive through ATM never works and it’s so tight I always scratch my car exiting. The Chase in Bur Ridge is my go to but I was closer to Lagrange today. I hate this chase in La Grange and recommend going to chase in Bur Ridge with working ATM and bigger spaced out drive through. Horrible experience I hope you guys read this!!!

They really did the community a disservice by getting rid of the drive up. Chase Lagrange is really hard to get to by foot with bad parking. This, coupled with the fact that they don’t offer their customers a change machine to get bills for coins, would make one think management doesn’t value their customers. The people who work at the bank, however, are very nice, and accomodating.

Go here very frequently. They are always fast, helpful and clean building.
