I’ve never seen such rude and unprofessional manager. Feeling discriminated in this place. If you do need to visit Chase, please consider another branch and find a better manager.

Every time I go into the bank I am met with very courteous service. Especially the help my husband and I have received from Tim Lacy. He has handled our inquiries with genuine concern & has always been able to handle our requests, whether Notary Service or otherwise. Thank you, Tim, for making us feel welcome!

This would be a five star rating except there were a few hiccups when I opened my accounts. All issues were resolved quickly and the whole team including the manager were and are very polite and helpful. I'm very happy and everything since the beginning and have received five star service all along the way.

Vern, John and Dalia and the floor folks at the Solano Branch are all very professional and helpful. Norma, a teller who has been there for many years, is also wonderful. Norma always ready with a smile and is pleasant when doing my transactions.

Chase should stop it’s major funding of fossil fuels. It’s bad business for all of us.

WORST experience with Chase! We went there to get a cashier check and Elena helped us. I have an account with Chase for seven years. However, we waited for 30 minutes to get approved even though I provided my passport, verified my address and social. I didn't understand why it took so long for Elena and her manager to approve. Elena even filed a note on my account saying my id was expired which was not true al all. During the entire process, the manager was also super rude. If you have too much time to waste, then come here and visit them. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Staff tries to be helpful, which I appreciate. But ... I opened a safety deposit box before the pandemic and put my valuables inside. Then, without warning, there was a sign on that said they are "temporarily closed". What??? I couldn't get to my things! And their website still said they were open. I eventually got access, but this was disconcerting.

Chase is the world’s biggest funder of fossil fuels–$269 billion 2016-2019. We can't afford this anymore. Please take your money to a bank or credit union that doesn't profit from environmental harm.

Amazing service! Opened my checking account with Eric and could not have been easier. Eric was super clear about all policies and was extremely friendly. Will totally be coming back
