RPM Mortgage did a fantastic job. They were able to provide a underwritten pre-approval that ensured we were ready to go with a stronger offer the moment we found a house we liked. They could also quickly send over updated approvals to match the offer we wanted to make. Once under contract, they did an absolutely fantastic job of getting the loan approved well ahead of schedule. Their online portal was easy to use, they had great communication throughout the process, and there was always someone available to very quickly answer any questions we had. They made the whole process as stress-free as possible, and we will definitely be using them again, if we ever move.
