Local Staff is really friendly and helpful. I wired $ to my wife’s account. Deducted from my account same day as always. 10 days later no $ received at my wife’s account. I spent nearly 10 hours on the phone with different department and all what I have been told Chase did their job. Money gone. I suggest everybody to close the account in this institution as they provide very little safety.

I am truly impressed so far with my experience with Chase bank and my new banker Jamie. I have been using Bank of America for a long time now and didn't realize how much better Chase is for our business all around. Plus, Bank of America keeps opening and shutting down for some reason. It makes it really hard to do business if your bank doesn't want to stay open. Business owners in my network have been telling me that Chase is way better for business than Bank of America and I can now see why. First off, my banker Jamie has been beyond helpful in helping me transfer my business banking over to them. She has gone out of her way to do many things for my wife and I. I most impressed with the continued level of support that she give us. And when Jamie isn't there one of her colleagues will help us or go out of their way to help us in anyway. Thank you Jamie for everything, we truly appreciate it.

This place is great. Erika was extremely nice and very helpful. I really appreciate her outstanding customer care. She's a great asset to the company.

Good bank with helpful people. They also have 24 hour atms for people who have a chase card.

They have a machine that gives you money.

Horrible customer service!! I went in to cash a check that CHASE issued, the worker Amanda was immediately rude and had the worst demeanor. Not to mention she refused to cash the cash and LIED about the payer stipulating it had to be cashed at my bank. Wouldn't recommend this branch

The ATM dispenses bills that cannot be read when depositing to another Chase account. Tried several times to deposit at the same ATM, then had to stand in line to deposit them. Other customers have reported this problem also, but one can tell that nothing will done to give adequate service to the customer. Only answer is to use another branch or change banks.

Opened bank account there the other day, Great service but a bit slow on teller lines.

Trust me this location is the worst location ever even feedback it's been a horrible business the banquet I have all Carmin account Chase but not chicken neck out and you want to give me change I close all my business account the past year it will be the law saying oh Sue to go back to chase bank I will deathly recommend all my family all my friends on my business man and woman not the bank with Chase absolutely the worst bank

Worst bank ever... No tellers after being open for 10 mins!?!?! Go somewhere else!!!!!!
