Being our first time at Altura credit union we were so glad to be helped by the branch manager Katherine who is super nice and helpful. Katherine and Patrice, along with all of the staff were very friendly and they took the time to make us feel welcome. Even the security guard at the door Mike, is awesome!

Was going to change my review because my issues were resolved but just went in today and everything that was told to me was not relayed on my account. Seems to be constant issues and empty promises, truly regret going with them for my auto loan nothing but a huge headache!!!

I was rudely yelled at for getting there as they were closing. I was not aware of their updated hours so it was unfortunate they closed just as I was getting there. They didn't have to be rude about it. Will not be returning to this branch in the future.

I am so happy I found Altura via the Valley News! I was able to refinance my auto loan quickly and easily. The employees were all so helpful and my interest rate is so much better than before. All in all very happy with you guys so thank you!
