Had a couple issues here- THEY GAVE ME WRONG CHANGE, they were about 10$ short in a 100$ bundle. ATM does work properly No one checks their voicemail even though it’s setup, Needless to say a bad chase branch experience, I would avoid it. The wrong change issue was fixed but the fact that it happened speaks volumes especially for a bank.

I would really like to thank the branch manager for taking his time to help me with a fee situation. He was a great listener and took his time to handle my situation. I was ready to cancel my accounts but because of his time and dedication i will be staying. This a great branch and i thank you tremendously Mr White for all your help. We need more managers like you!

Branch closed, although there are no indications of this online. As a business owner, this is very frustrating. COVID or not, life goes on. It’s unacceptable to drive to a branch and see a paper sign on the door saying the lobby is closed. Very strongly evaluating moving my business account elsewhere and giving a smaller bank my business.

Recently opened a savings account on an early Saturday morning, great service, friendly Associates. Great banking experience.

Nathalie refused to service me because I used to play bingo at the place her mother managed and she recognized me from there. They passed my deposit back and forth four times. It took more than 10 minutes to make a deposit inside the branch because I had to wait for the drive thru girl to finish serving EVERY ONE in the drive thru. There was only me and one other person inside the branch. I spoke to the manager Ben about it and he basically said if I don’t like it go to another bank. Could not get more impersonal if you tried. TERRIBLE experience.

As a new customer, I dealt with Dana, a very experienced banker to establish my account. She was so informative and professional! Not to mention Dana has the BEST personality I've dealt with in a business setting for a very long time! I felt so comfortable; like I've known her for years. We not only talked business but she was genuinely a great conversationalist! That was the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE I have had and would recommend anyone to go see her! Great bank insensitives, great reward programs as well as many choices to fit your families needs! Not to mention, if the bank is closed, the ATM will will help you after hours.Which includes deposits and more, a big plus. Again, I can't express how pleased I truly was with Dana! If I could give her a 100 stars, I would! Thank you so much for your PERFECT personality and complete understanding of accounts!!!! Go to Dana!
