Chase Bank 5th Ave S, Seattle

This particular branch is located inside Uwajimaya in Chinatown, a very convenient location to get your grocery shopping done at the same time of banking. Three windows with three bankers, but only one of them is serving customer at the time of my arrival. I waited a while before the other banker noticed me and stepped up to offer her service. The service itself is fast and professional, no complaints here.

I was recently issued a counterfeit $20 bill. I went to buy groceries and had to go through this whole process. I wonder how much money laundering is done at this location.

Serving previous customer for 2 hours and ignoring following customers. Very bad efficiency because you can see them talking and laughing instead of doing any paperwork. They make one customer pleased but make all other customers extremely upset. Maybe only rich costomers are called customers.

I have a ripped 10$and they refused to exchange it because it was missing part of the second serial#

I give 4 stars just because this branch is very noisy and when you are having meeting with the manager, there is no privacy, people easily can hear you, or see private information on screen. But I wanna noticed, that manager Wen Hui Chen, was very helpful, she answered all my questions in detail, she helped me to update my information, consulted me about credit cards and helped me to chose the right one for me, also, she helped me to apply for a card. Exceptional service, she is professional, she made me feel as I’m very valuable client! Thank you!

What I like about Chase as a financial institution is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my International District, Beacon Hill, and Pioneer Square clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side.

After reading all the derogatory remarks regarding other Chase facilities, I feel so honored that our little Chase Bank is so kind, helpful, they all have smiles for us and even fill out our deposit slips! Thank you ID!!!!

Turned away from bringing thousands on dollars to a new account when I've been a loyal customer for years because they didn't have time for me 35 minutes before closing.

They lied to me! Informations they said was everything wrong! This bank only for Chinese!
