The third Chase ATM in the area I've gone to and both of their machines aren't working. What a joke

Drive ATM never works unprofessional management really bad experience with this location itself other location great this one not.

This has got to be the worst Chase Bank I've ever been too in the 14+ years I've been a member. I arrived shortly before 6:30pm and apparently you can't access the ATM after a certain time. After attempting to go inside the bank to make a withdrawal I noticed the employees walking around with their coats on as if there weren't customers waiting to be serviced. The bank closes at 6:30pm not 6:25pm. Poor location, poor representatives, poor bank overall. Should be shut down and relocated.

ATMs- hours for the ATMs need to be extended, its summertime and people in the community need to be able to access funds. Its daylight until 9pm.

There ATMs are always out of service. All of them.... Every day... and at the same time.... What is the point of ATMs if they are mysteriously out of service during non business hours? I know its not policy to "turn off" inner city ATMs at a certain time but I sincerely believe that's what's happening at many Detroit Chase branches.

The bank Manager stole $1,239 off my debit card. She knows how to trick the computer system by swiping debit card extremely fast and putting card in machine and removing the card when it says do not remove and putting codes in the computer system. MasterCard traced my money back to chase bank. I had to open a case against this bank. And I also filed a case against the bank with BBB. They refused to give me a copy of the policy or give me a receipt of system error. MasterCard informed me there is criminal activity at this bank and not to enter this bank again. The case against chase bank is now criminal theft of $1.239. Do not go to this bank. (Update) I contacted Chase Fraud unit the representative was very helpful on filing my claim. Then transfered me to this Chase Bank. I spoke to a supervisor I explained the need to enforce the proper protocol which she declined. She stated they don't trick the system until I explained when a bank teller swipes a card multiple times the bank teller is moving faster than the computer system and also removing the card when it says do not remove. While the customer goes through a waiting process to get their money back bank tellers can do what ever they want because of the insurance pays the people back after a claim is made. MasterCard , Chase fraud unit, BBB, told me do not go back to this bank because of the repeated claims against this particular bank. I won my claim after 12 day period. Mastercard Rep explained its not my fault, all the bank teller had to do was her job properly. Enter this bank at your own risk.

Lanesha is very Sweet! She wrote, "You're Awesome" on my bank envelope and that Totally made my Day!! So, I made her a card and got her some flowers! God Bless her and her co workers!

Worst bank I've visited. F this place

ATM always out of service. If I'm not mistaken, Chase charges a fee for using ATM at other banks which isn't fair if they aren't providing you with one that works!!!!!!@!
