Daniel, Lily and Rosario are always so wonderful, professional, personable, accommodating and they go over and beyond to help out each time. They've been able to fit us in and take care of our banking needs even when we didn't have appointments.

Have been going here for a while now but at this point I'm sick and tired of the lack of things in this place . First of all its been almost 6 months without lake Nona having a drive thru ATM. Which is so annoying to have to get off and be put in a risky situation to deposit money. Today I have had enough. I went inside late at night to deposit money on the ATM inside and IT DOES NOT WORK. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO GO. What's the point of having a bank that doesn't even have a working ATM. I have had good experiences with one banker here but the lack of basic common things like taking coins (which they refuse to take unless you take the rolls they provide and go back home and roll every coin yourself. Why is there not a machine for that in a bank?)or having a functional ATM or having to wait over a week to meet with a banker seem to me to be enough of a reason to do my very best not to come to this location.

My family and I are truly grateful for the aid and assistance issued by client banker Susette Reid. I could not give higher praise, out of appreciation, for all the help. She truly went out of her way out of sheer kindness to help my father who while overseas had issues accessing his account and found himself without reception or access to resolve the issue himself. Mrs. Reid truly went through every possible avenue to resolve the issue and within minutes found a way to resolve the problem at hand. Therefore, without question I can say the staff is professional and reliable. I especially highly recommend Mrs. Reid.

The staff here did there best to help me but unfortunately auto loans are not handled directly at branches.

It's there a reason this location doesn't have a drive thru ATM?

The Lake Nona branch of Chase Morgan Stanley Bank is a terrific place to do your banking business. I have always been greeted by one or more people with a friendly smile, great attitude and helpful service! Just today, I presented Ms. Martha Gallo with a complex banking request. She completed this task quickly, efficiently, conscientiously, and professionally with a smile and a great attitude! I also have to give high marks to Mr. Dustin Roedding and Mr Travis Damon (downtown office), who have done an amazing job with retirement investments! All the people here are extremely friendly and responsive to my banking needs. Thank you Chase Bank!

Horrible place to go their ATM always have something wrong with it after hours and they only have one no drive through don't waste your time
