She gave me a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, asked how she could help, listened attentively to my request, repeated it back to me to make sure she understood what I needed, offered a solution, invited me to take a seat in the waiting area while she worked on it, let me review the document to make sure it met my expectations, provided me with the finished product, and asked if there was anything else she could help me with, all while maintaining a friendly smile and positive attitude and never making me feel like a burden. Thank you Addition Financial for providing such amazing customer service specialists to serve the needs of our community.

This was the 1st branch we visited when we moved to Central FL; immediately opening accounts with CFE (Now Addition Financial). Service has ALWAYS been SUPERB. It's like going to your helpful neighbor for help and getting what U need. Can't give them 8 stars because the maximum is 5. BTW. Fidel; U are like family, the best banker we've had the pleasure to work with in 40+ years.

When I couldn't get adequate help w/ AFI Contact Center, I called back the next day (today) and got Mr. Fidel at the Lake Nona branch and he was amazing... He knew exactly what I was asking for help w/and he jumped right in and processed my Bal. Xfr. (which had I not gotten help today would have caused my other card to be late). Thanks for your assistance Mr. Fidel and keep the great personality!!! Oh & enjoy your vacation... I need one too... LoL

My experience with Ian was great. I went through the drive thru thinking it would take a long time. He answered all my questions with patience and class. He was very experienced and so kind. He even made my debt card for me in a matter of minutes. I live 30 minutes from this branch and I am more than glad to drive there with the service I'll get from Ian. Mr. Fidel Velez helped us with our auto loan. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. Fidel Velez helped me get a Credit Card through Addition Financial when six other Credit Card companies denied my applications. It seems making $70,000+ a year and having absolutely no debt (just paid off my mortgage, no car debt, no loan debt, no Credit Card debt) made me a risk regarding how much the Credit Card companies could profit off me. He put in some good notes, including my account there at Addition since 1996 with direct deposit and the fact I have had the same employer (OCPS) since 1993. Credit Card approved. BTW, the only reason I wanted another Credit Card, I have one already, is to improve my Credit Score by increasing my overall credit limit. But just found out that overseas, I’ll be retiring in the Philippines in two years, Credit Score is totally irrelevant. But it can’t hurt having more credit and hopefully improving my score… :-)
