Do not put any real money here. Only do wire transfers for large sums. They are not equipped for real banking and put holds on everything. Very inconvenient. Sapphire worthless when they can’t even support $25k.

I had amazing customer service by Vincent Guerrero. Not only was he patient and understanding but he got things done in a timely manner. He is the main reason why I am loyal to Chase.

Waited for about 25 minutes. Was told a banker would be with me in 5-10. About 5 in there at there desk I’m sure working on things but were not available. no clients with them. Gentlemen before me on the list walked out 5 minutes before me. Manager speaking with a banker who was obviously distressed with door wide open so everyone in the lobby can hear. Nice enough people but just doesn’t feel like they put clients first. Maybe there we’re having an off day but I’ve been in there a few times and feels the same way each time. Won’t be returning to this branch.

the worst chase there is in my opinion. the manager who sits in her chair right next to the entrance always sees me and gives me attitude and always refuses to help me even when the bank is still open. and there are available workers to help me. i’m tired of being disappointed here constantly and wonder why i always have the worst luck of the employees always asking her a question and her looking at me and giving me the worst service after. hire a better damn manager and stop teaching the employees to refuse people of help just cus they want to go home early. i never write reviews ever like this. what a horrible branch.

Only in here for the first time yesterday. Antonio helped me and he was just amazing. Transaction was handled efficiently. Antonio was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! If you go there, I would ask for him to help you.

I had a large sum of money deposited into my Chase account from a property sale. When I went to wire it out I was told I had to attend in person at a branch. I am Canadian and was in Canada at the time so you can imagine how frustrating this was. So first Chase problem is that they are not very flexible with wire transfers. Second problem is I went to the branch today as I just arrived in the US and was told that my foreign drivers license was not acceptable ID to use for the wire. I have had this Chase account for approximately 15 years. I threw down 10 different credit and debit cards with my name but they wouldn’t do the wire. So I went back to the house and came back with a passport. The teller was taking forever to do the paperwork and then asked me to verify the instructions on the wire that she prepared. I advised her that the bank name and address was incorrect. She looked completely baffled. I said she didn’t input the information correctly and had a different bank, different city and province. She failed to pick any of this up herself!!! Then she said the swift code for the bank automatically input that information. I said she needed to override it as it was incorrect. She got a manager over and some time later they tell me they do not have the ability to override anything. The bank had changed 2 years prior but Chase has not updated their information. I have been at the bank now for almost an hour and I’m told they can’t wire the money. I asked for the money in case but of course they can’t do that either. So in the end I was only able to get a cashier’s check and fed ex the check. I could have weeks earlier simply mailed a personal check if I had known that Chase Bank is so out of date with it’s information, no ability to override incorrect information they have etc. etc. What a waste of time today. If you want a bank with some experience dealing with Canadian bank accounts this is by no means a good option. Get your act together Chase!!!

Don’t bother with this location. I stopped yesterday to open an account and was told there was no time available in the afternoon to open an account. I could see three people doing nothing

I called to make an appointment with their trust department. NO ONE (live) answered the phone during business hours. Guess my business isn't that important to them. Maybe it's time to find a new bank.

I left a message for Jim Pertner, a loan officer, 3 days ago and he never returned the call. Today I've tried to call the branch 3 times and each time have gotten a recording that says they're busy and call back. Some service! Big on branches, small on service.
