Margaret Spencer has excellent customer service skills and is the fastest bank employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She’s going above and beyond and I appreciate that.

Not sure who the lady who answers the phone is but she should really either learn some manners or how to work in customer service. I’ve been hung up on before I can get any information for two days in a row. Today she hung up on me without a word as soon as I asked if one of their customer service specialists were available. If you don’t want to answer questions or help customers then I suggest she try looking for a job that isn’t customer service.

Always super nice! This is the bank that is the closest to me, n every time I go they are really nice. There arent many people inside most of the time but they are all very nice and very helpful! Please be kind to them.

We needed to set up a business account and hoped to do it today because it lined up perfectly with our travel schedules. I called 6 times throughout the day to see whether there would be someone able to help us. When my husband was finally able to go in at 1:20, they told him it would take an hour to set up the account and they couldn’t do it because they closed in 40 minutes. As a business you should be willing to give your potential customer an extra 20 minutes of your day, especially if you haven’t been picking up the phone. As for not answering my calls, the excuse was that they were dealing with a lot of traffic. It’s a valid excuse for why they didn’t answer once or maybe even twice, but 6 times at different points throughout the day? I can’t speak for the rest of Chase because we aren’t customers, but this particular branch was incredibly disappointing in terms of customer service.

I went to have a paper notarized. Ryan was calling their legal dept. to ask questions about the document. He said that he cannot do it until it is all filled out and verified it is the truth. How can he verify the content? It is not required for him to verify the content, but to verify who signs. I presented my driver's license, and he verified my business account in which I am the signer. We have 8 Chase accounts. This is so upsetting; wasted my precious time to go over to get one signature to be verified, but came out without accomplished and upset. This is not a WORST service I ever had at a bank.

This location is full service. With very friendly tellers. It has two entry points, indoor ATM and good nearby stores to spend your money at. I do miss not having the lollipops at the teller counters. As usual a great place to bank!

I had got helped from banker Christine Yu, and she is so awesome and kind. I live Suwanee in Forsyth county, but I go to this branch because of her. So kind and gently explain well. She also always recommend good product to make me happy. Very many thankS to her.

This is not even my bank I came to cash a personal chase check through the drive thru the blonde woman was very nice and helpful. I have good thoughts about chase bank now
