Mr. Lee was very responsive and his quick turnaround was surprising all the way until the closing; the closing of the refinance was done in 15 days since he gave me the list of supporting documents. Also, Mr. Lee created videos at several milestone steps to help me understand what the documents are saying, and they were really helpful and made the process seamless.
