Jonathan Ruiz alongside his management team didn't care to help escalate any of my concerns. Find another branch who doesn't just sit there to give excuses on why they can't provide further assistance. Asked him about same day wire transfers and Jonathan swears there's no such thing. He was WRONG. Not sure who placed him in management team because obviously he's giving wrong information. Call around before going to this branch because THIS MANAGEMENT is only there to collect their hourly/salary pay they DON'T CARE TO ASSIST you with your needs and be glad to have you in and out as FAST as they can. So RUUUNNNN.

This particular chase bank did the impossible possible. For the second time, they help me when other banks couldn't. Starting with the branch manager. She took her time to listen to our concerns and did her best to help us. Not only their branch was excellent but Evelyn from the circle center branch did a wonderful job explaining to us everything about the account that I open. Thank you, I'm glad to do business with Chase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried to open accounts in this branch and had appointment set up prior I arrived. As soon as I arrived, I was told I am the next and a specialist will pick me up in 2 minutes. After 20 minutes waiting, I saw two specialists on site came out from their office and picked other customers. The reception didn't even explain what was going on and just doing her things. Such totally waste of time here.

These are the most courteous and attentive bankers I have ever seen. Walked in, sat down and immediately an employee asked if I would like coffee or water. She was the first of four to do so within a few minutes. And, they are always this way. Just to compare: Did the same at a F&M branch @ Redondo/Anaheim and was completely ignored for 15 minutes. When I got up and walked out, I continued to be invisible.

Always one or two Windows open and they have people walking around asking questions not even working. Do your job ladies with heels on.

My wife and I have a very good experience today with Chase Bank customer service. Ms. Blanca was so agreeable and helpful throughout the whole time. I think she deserves an excellent review with her service to the customer. We highly recommend her to all the Chase customers to go to her to meet your need. Thank you Blanca!

It is a clean and new bank. The parking lot is small and not easy to maneuver. People seem to go the wrong direction in the lot because it is poorly designed. Inside it is worse. It takes forever for someone to notice when you’re in the lobby and need help or to open an account. No one answers the phone and it doesn’t put you on hold or offer a voicemail return call. It just says call back because they’re too busy ignoring other customers to answer the phone and gives you an 800 number to call. Then disconnects.

10$ to cash one of thier own checks . Ridiculous

The branch manager was Terrible at customer service. I would not recommend going to this branch. Avoid at all costs. She is completely unreasonable and made me feel worthless.

This is not the Chase that you want to come to if you have questions, concerns or resolutions. Definitely needs work
