Chase Bank W, Warrenville

OMG! If you enjoy being treated like trash then this bank is the place for you. The manager Gumberto told me I had three minutes to talk, that I know everything there is to know and that he’s going to close my account without my permission simply because I complained of the lack of professionalism, services, and the fact that I can never reach anyone at my bank. This is the worst branch ever! You can’t reach the Naperville branch either cause they don’t believe in answering their phones claiming they are busy in a town of approximately $36,000 residents. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. They are horrible! Run like your the last two monkeys boarding Noah’s Ark and it’s starting to rain! Run! You’ve been warned folks!

Came to open a checking account for my daughter…but was told no one at the bank can do this right now!!!! Beware! Dont bother to come here unless you make an appointment first.

I have received a better service from this branch than I have received from any other branch in Chicago and I have been to quite a few of them. The staff is always welcoming and ready to help you with whatever you came there for. I appreciate the help.

Tim at Chase Bank Warrenville is awesome! He is right on top of everything, goes out of his way to help any way he can, returns calls promptly and shows that he truly cares about his clients. He is a definite leader in the industry!

A busy branch because of the local clientele needs, but the staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know their customers' by name and their clients' needs.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I was barely attended and treated terribly. I had an appointment in which I was attended 30 minutes later than my appointment was. Homberto Raya is very unprofessional.

Let some stranger take $1800 from my account On 3/19/2019, this branch let someone walk in with a paper temporary driver's license with my name on it. According to a banker there (Crystal) that I later spoke with, the teller asked for no other form of identification from this person posing as me. They handed this man $1800 cash, and only got suspicious when he asked for another withdrawal slip. Still, despite the alleged suspicion it wasn't really me, they let him walk out with my money. I was at work in Algonquin at that time and got a call from the Chase fraud department. And now despite many calls to the local branch and corporate Chase fraud department, it has been 10 days with no return of my money into our account. My wife called yesterday and was told it can take up to 30 days. Obviously this lack of security with people's money isn't acceptable and we'll be closing our accounts when this is resolved. Shame on you Chase

Service at this location has always been fair to good by the folks sitting in the cubicles (middle and upper management), but poor to horrible up at the teller counter. A teller witnessed someone cut right in front of me in line and still proceeded to help that person over me, despite my objections. Thinking of switching over to a different bank with better customer service.

Manager is well concerned of our doings today, but there is only 1 person at the front desk and they go slow and the line is like 2 years long /:
