Chase Bank 22nd St, Oak Brook

This bank completely shut down our business banking account with no warning and we went through a few weeks of absolute HELL. They said "Chase does want to do business with you - they will send your money in the mail... well.... after going through this process, that was not the case and they restored our account. Our payroll was completely effected, our lines of credit and more. No, they don't give a **** about your small business. They could care less about the mess they created for us and only 1 person was kind enough to help us in the end. To her cheers... Go bank somewhere else...

Just called in. Karina (manager) took her time to help me and my husband find out what document we needed to have him added to my account. She was polite, she listened, and she was patient. There’s other locations closes to us, but we will be going here for the customer service. Thank you!

They never have a quarter's for change, even if you have a Chase account!!!

This branch NEVER answers the phone! The recording just tells you to call back. Horrible customer service. I've tried them on 3 occasions and the same result, you have to miss work and go into the branch.

I am very grateful to Ms. Melanie Srdic's help this morning (12/29/2020) at the OakBrook IL branch to wire money to a CA bank/Escrow. She is not only thorough and efficient, she is very patient in helping me and my daughter. I have called her 3 times today to ease my anxiety regarding this transfer, each time, she answered my questions about the wiring process. Melanie is the best! I can't thank her enough!

This branch is well managed and the bankers are always easy to work with. I have been coming here for many years. They do have safe deposit boxes in the basement which is convenient. Plenty of ATM's on side and drive through. The hours are very reasonable which is a perk. I am a huge fan of chase and this branch is my personal favorite.

1 Great person works here, I wish I remember her name. Shes on vacation so she wasnt there today. She is usually there and pleasant and REMEMBERS who you are. Tried to make a company deposit today with 2 forms of ID, 1 a DL with a hole punched in it.....bc I had a change of address. This is what the DMV gives you until the new DL arrives. Has my picture and DL Number....not expired. They couldn't take this for a deposit even though Im there 3 times a week. Gave them another Government issued ID, Valid not expired with my picture on it......Nope. Can I speak with a manager.....sure in 30 mins! This place is a joke!!!!!

Greg Rosc was a fill in the day I went and he handled the situation with grace. He is a phenomenal person , great advocate for his clients. 10/10.

I love this bank other than the teller that looks and acts like she’s from the ghetto other than that it would get 5 stars. Serously it’s a bank no one wants to deal with those people.
