This location is very convenient and the staff is always so friendly and polite. I choose to only come to this location for my banking needs. They are not pushy and take the time to listen to you. Whenever you are doing a transaction, they confirm and repeat before they execute the transaction.

Hey, can you please update google maps or something to inform us that you are closed or accepting appointments only? It would save people time and gas. Thank you. The one close to my house was also close. But data on google maps was not updated as well.

Not a great bank for a new customer, horrible service, long lines with few tellers available. Both the branch manager and female personal banking staff were condescending and unpleasant to work with, they made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them, they offered no solutions just added delays for days. They offered me the website repeatedly as a solution to my banking issue which kept me from my money for several days (14 days total), in the end turned out to be an ERROR from Chase bank not any activity by me or other valid reason which created my bank problems. I would not recommend doing any banking at this branch or bank, as I plan not to remain a customer.

This bank has good customer service. I worked with Ari who helped me with a new account. There are not many tellers, but they have (2) self serve machines for check deposits and withdraws.

I went to have my debit card pin reset, had to listen to this guy talk down to me for not listening to him on how to invest my money in my account. Same heavy set guy kept me waiting so he can talk sports with his friends. This chase is a joke and clearly not managed. I wouldn't go their for anything!

4/24/19 And just like that from 1 Star to 5 Star thanks to Ari! 2.6 Overall Stars should be gone now. Kudos to this young man for taking care of business all while being personable and providing the Customer Service Chase Bank and their customers expect from it's employees. Jamie Dimon should be Proud of this branch!! Wow, I can walk into Logix or Wescom and if I need to use a restroom, I'm able to. I've got Tens of Thousands of dollars with Chase and I hear, 'sorry, No PUBLIC Restrooms.' Seriously??? You are twice the size (physically) and Many Times the size (in Total Assets) of my 'little banks' and You do NOT have a Restroom that a Loyal Customer like myself can use??? You should be ashamed of yourself!! My Money will Certainly be disappearing from Chase. Why bank with a bank that outsources their calls to the Philippines and India, but worse... doesn't even have a bathroom. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHASE! Fix that, Theo!! Chase is NOT where it's at anymore.

Awful waiting time. I came early to notarize a document for school. A process I’ve done in 10min before here in this same office. It took 15min for the staff to acknowledge me. Another 20min seating in an office waiting for someone that can assist me. Never happened. They were that busy that transferred me to a different location! It took about 10min (3 phone calls) to communicate with a different branch that could help me out. David, the nice employee that helped me, had to explained the process of notarization to someone so they decide if they can do the job or not. Deplorable. I do all my banking online. I can’t wait for the option to not even have to come for this. Welcome banking AI! You are so much needed!

Not a welcoming bank location. If you want good service I highly recommend to go to another Chase location. Very disappointed.

Very poorly managed. No other words. Almost every visit there seems to be an issue with bank tellers not being available. With a long line of customer they manage to have 1 teller during the busiest time.

I got helped by Hernan Martinez. He was very kind and offered help for me to open a new account. He understood my needs and helped me a lot.
