Chase Bank Channing Rd, Belmont

This is an excellent Chase branch. I received a warm welcome the moment I stepped in. Even though the counters were currently occupied by other customers, Ryan came out from his office to assist me in the lobby. All of the staff during my visit were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and helped me complete everything that I came in for in under ten minutes. Among the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a major bank’s branch.

I’m currently in this branch and had to head to Google to make a review. I’m experiencing some of the best customer service and THE best banking customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in Raymond was so polite, he asked about why I came in today and he even remembered my name and my issue when discussing it with the other banker. Once I sat down with Ritu I was promptly asked about my issue today and we established rapport by speaking about my job and the things we have in common. Ritu sprung into action to not only resolve my issue, but to make numerous calls to ensure my issue would remain resolved. I am very excited about the future of this bank and all of the lovely people here! Thank you for your kindness and help Raymond & Ritu. And thank you for the Halloween candy Ryan! Loved it here!

Excellent bank. The largest in America. Good customer service, many great features.

Chase continues to invest in the fossil fuel industry, which is actively destroying the planet. They have the power to divest from fossil fuels, which would aid in minimizing the destruction caused by climate change, but they shown no initiative or motivation to do so.

JPMorgan Chase, for your information, I just found out about your investments in fossil fuels and hence your responsibility for climate change. I’m cutting up my card right now.

This bank/branch is a disaster. Chase charging me fees and teller can not close my bank account. You need to make a appointment to close a bank account? Avoid this bank

Nice parking space outside. Good COVID protocols inside. Ryan was really helpful with getting everything setup for me.

Staff is rude, I went there and knocked on the glass door and they knew I was there because they could see me and they chose to ignore my presence. I give them 1 star because I can't give lower than that. They lost a customer.
