TD Bank Trapelo Rd, Belmont

I've been coming here for the last 7 months and everyone is so nice, easy to talk to and genuine. They always get things done quickly and I've never had to wait too long. They closed the door leading into the lobby from the atm side so people using the atm can distance from those entering the bank through the parking lot side. There are markers on the floor to distance as well but I've seen people oblivious to them. I can imagine it might take longer for other services but they seem like they usually have at least 3 staff at most times.

This branch is truly pointless. I've gone in three times for help on different things and each time have been greeted with rude service to compliment no help whatsoever. After having sat there for 30 minutes just now trying to get a new card printed I was told, "our card printer doesn't work in the morning." It's a robot. Does it need a cup of coffee? Is it not a morning robot? Heed my warning. Avoid this branch like you would a plague.

I've held a TD account for about 10 years now, been dealing with the Belmont location consistently for the last 2 years or so. The last few months every time I go in a get some sort of a funny look or attitude from one of the tellers. I've also had multiple issues that were basically refused to be solved at that location, and I sat in my car and called corporate for assistance. I'll just come here for the ATM from now on, or just take the extra time to go to Newton or Brighton. And mostly because of this location (and TD in general) I'll be relocating all my financial accounts sooner rather than later

Can't object to the previous uncooperative review with this branch at all. Incapable, ill-mannered, and ignorant personnel.

Love this bank it used to have a crew of stable bankers and now it’s all new so I can’t speak much for the present to much. Good banking experiences but the fact that they charge you 5-10$ for a money order or bank check when you have an account is a little much. Always friendly and prompt. When you loose a card you can just walk in and walk out with one provided you have the correct information. - I would give 5 stars if not for the whole check charging when the savings bank does it for free with an account. I have not really had any problems with overstating but when I did need to call customer service they were also great on the phone.

It's hard to like a bank, but this is an excellent branch. Well managed and super helpful. Eric is fantastic.

Not sure about others, But not happy with service and their efforts in this Branch Store, Seems be not concerned about the users... I have opened the checking account, At the time they provided 3 startup checks and bank account details... So i have given to my employer same details... 1st month salary not deposited on this account. .I thought some thing wrong from my employer ... 2nd month also same thing happened. then employer rechecked the accounts every thing fine. then checked with ADP team, my self and employer argued with ADP, Finally came to know the Bank Account number wrong..... .It was shame to be stand Infront of my employer and ADP the mistake was from my end ..Account number is not correct.... After that I was by calling and checking the Online statement.. Their was blunder that Bank people provided me wrong Starter checkes and Account Details....... In mean while i given starter check to my renters, It was denied and paid Late fee of 250$.... now again TD bank people charged me 25$ for minimum maintenance fee...... I walked into bank explained the situation ,they agreed that they did the mistake and they are going to reset the time frame and explanation by call next day... Waited almost 2 weeks.. no response...they just ignored.... as a human beings mistakes might happens but at least once we know that mistake ,we need to resolve it, in my case they just ignored it.....No commitment.....Not at all Happy with this Branch Store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lied about promotion bonus $300, it's been over a year still haven't received what was advertised despite meeting all requirements confirmed by branch and corporate.
