Chase Bank E 14th St, San Leandro

My managed investments were transferred to Jeff at this branch when I moved to a different state. I have never had to reach out to him until today. I am going to be severing all my ties with Chase due to their lack of dedication to their customers, so I reached out to the number listed in their app as my investment contact for my managed account. The number is answer but another person and I ask to speak with Jeff and it turns into an interrogation almost. Why am I calling him? Where did I get the number? Do I have an account? It was very evident that this advisor does not have any interest in talking with customers he does not have a current business with. I would hate to hear where the interrogation went if I wasn’t a client. I got the information from his gatekeeper and if I had not previously planned on leaving Chase this interaction would have pushed me in that direction.

Pathetic! This branch of Chase has been my worst banking experience ever. They have executives who are rude have no respect for your time or their word. They will tell you one thing, and the service you receive can be anything. The executives live by their mission to CHASE (away) the customer by their very standards on pathetic customer experience.

They never answer the phone, I always get the same message "we are currently helping other clients at this time and unable to take your call..." even during non peak hours. I've emailed the banker, that setup my chase account, 3 times in the past 4 days and I still don't have a reply to the first email.

Worst banking experience ever I stood in line with 3 tellers on a Saturday morning to deposit cash into my God daughters account only to wait 30 minutes even though I'm the 3rd person in line get up to the window to be told because I'm not a member I can't deposit cash only money order what the hell cash is not good anymore? This bank sucks I'll never I repeat ever come here again and all of those pre approved offers they can shove them #worstbankever

Amazing service. Parking available in the back (to avoid toll parking) ATM machines available outside and inside branch make it quick and easy. Great customer service.

I love this Chas Bank. They have great custom service. They always try to figure out how to make there lines go faster. They are very professional and they REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER CARE FIRST. I LIVE THE CHASE BANK IN SAN LEANDRO. GREAT WIRK TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES. THANK YOU.

This is a really nice Chase branch location in San Leandro right off 14th street in a busy commercial area, the employees are pretty good at dealing with the overcrowded place and I must admit if you come here most of the time it’s definitely going to be a wait until they can serve you.

I've been with the same branch since it was Washington Mutual, almost 20 years ago. Today i went in to open a savings account. I already ise Chase for my Checking and myain cc... There was an older gentleman ahead of me, also waiting to speak to a banker. After 15 minutes, a bank rep comes out and tells this gentleman that the banker can't see him today because he has an appointment at 2pm. (At this point it was only 1:30) we could both see the banker sitting alone in his office doing nothing.. After this display of poor customer service, i decided to move my accounts to another bank. Disgraceful.

We go here all the time since it’s the closest to home. Everyone is pretty nice, the place is clean. The line can get really long if you come at the wrong time though.
