Bank of America Financial Center E 14th St, San Leandro

Don’t ever ever ever come here to this location as a matter of fact you’ll be better banking at No bank at all especially Bank of America they have the worst customer service here especially at this location! Something very very very fishy is going on there and it seems at all bank of Americas. This is my second time coming here to try and do business and I never ever get anything accomplished they systems either go down or they tell me to wait 30mins while at other locations do not give me that problem also all of the bank of Americas be closed all of a sudden we all should know why anyway I do not recommend this location or any other Bank of America location.

Horrible lazy management ever seen in bank branch... always rude, and very long wait time. Was on crutches had to stand in line for an hour, not once did someone from management offer an extra chair..

It's never no more than 5 people in line for ATM I prefer San Leandro,CA. E.14st Branch for Safety Reasons.

The worst service I ever had in my life. Something that takes 5 minutes took well over 2 hours because I had to wait. Terrible bank for small businesses. This branch is the absolute worst, I feel bad for the overworked teller. Only one teller and there is over 50 people in line. Avoid this place if you value your time. I wish I could give it negative stars!!!!!

On a Friday,Only one teller. Long lines, long wait. Worst of all, no safety precautions were taken to prevent spread of COVID among customer. No wipes or antibacterial spray were provided. The customers had to use the same counter & pen without any cleaning. From #1 bank, you would expect more. Very disappointing!

Two employees here and office hours say open but the will not help. They are only able to sit behind desk and yell at customers saying person is at lunch. You can tell when someone is active by their appearance and this person who felt the need to yell rather than be professional and get up from their desk. Absolutely sad how a manager is unable to assist and reply on machines and a teller who is under than to assist with customers. You might as well close this office. These people are so lazy!

Rude managers! Felt racist. Not friendly! Cannot understand word "consideration" due to minor. Can I give -99 stars?

If there is a negative star rating, I would definitely give it! This bank is so bad with long line outside all the time. Only one teller working most of the time I go there. I have complained about this to the branch manager but no improvement. There is right now about 30 people line up outside and 6 people line up inside. I am changing bank. Good luck to all their future customers.

I would rate this bank (-) stars if I had the option as not only are the lines and customer service extremely poor but the atms also are often out of service. This bank needs improvement all around! I don’t understand how there are so many complaints over the last 4 years plus with no improvement. The corporate office really need to take some time and investigate this branch as it’s unacceptable!!! If anything, please reload your atm machines so that customers can at least access their money and avoid having to go in to receive poor customer service after waiting in line for over 30 mins on average! Please!!!!

Went there this morning to take my grandparents who wanted to withdraw their social security payments. The lobby is temporarily closed due to covid-19 and all three ATM machines were unable to accept cash deposits/withdrawals. If you need to deposit/get cash, go to a different branch!
