Chase Bank Town Center Pkwy, Santee

I just came from chase. I had a dispute and had to change my card number. I am so pleased with the service I received from Lena Thomas. She was so efficient and it was all done in about 10 minutes. Thank you Lena *****5 stars to you!

I read a few of the reviews on there and they are laughable. The teller were not replaced with atm's that person is crazy. They have 2 extra machines inside because the machine outside always has a big long line. This branch is unlike any other bank I've been to. Again, for people who do not know, my son has autism. When we first moved to Santee he was 8 and obsessed with pennies. He has to have a penny from each year so he could line them up. For months we worked along with Chase to complete his penny trail. They made it a point to keep an eye out for him. He is now almost 15 and thankfully only collect one new penny a year but as soon as they see the new one they call me. When Steven (the manager) was at a teller window on a busy day, I walked up and he already had my account pulled up. The 2 newer bankers are amazing and helped me deal with over 30 google play charges on my account that were not mine. They've waived fees and always explain everything to me and help me. I've been building my credit (I never had any) and any time I have a question about how to do something i can call this branch and talk to them. I am going there at 9 to write down the names of my favs so i will be updating this review this afternoon.

Walked in to make a deposit for another Chase Banker. I do not bank here. But this place waa super clean and very friendly customer service. Actually, the best I have seen at a bank. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because only 1 teller was open and the wait took a long time. Should be at least 2 tellers open on a Friday.

I love the convenient drive through and use it often. The bank tellers inside have always been helpful and kind.

Why are Case banks closed when other banks are open- North Island and other savings and loan banks? That I will be moving my accounts to and Case can go to hell.

Like the website and the people in this Bank are very helpful.

Hooray for people doing their job. NO deposits for my business this weekend. I am so excited to be a customer of chase Bank in Santee, CA. I give them -1 star. They chose not to service the receipt paper on their exterior ATM before a three day weekend.

I do not appreciate being forced to use a ATM Machine inside the Branch. All but 1 Teller window has been replaced with ATM Machine, placed in front of the Teller Windows. If I wanted to use a ATM Machine, I sure wouldn't go inside the Branch. Chase, your customers are humans, not Machines and you need to start treating them like Humans, with Humans.

Charges are being made to my account and the online banking app doesn't even give me the opportunity to address the problem Im having.
