    I wish I could give them zero star. I went in just to get a cashier check it took me 50 minutes. This branch must be the worse bank I have been to, not just chase bank but any bank . They don't even seem bothered by the reviews

    I went to this bank today (around 1pm) to open a savings account and was told I had to make an appointment. No biggie, right? So I make the appointment for later that day at 5pm and I show up about 10 minutes early. The branch manager says the person helping customers open savings accounts was busy so I would have to wait for just a little bit longer. Again, no biggie. I waited and waited and watched the manager tell people who walked in without an appointment to go to the Chase bank down the street because there were more people working there. I started to wonder myself if I would have been able to open an account had I went to that one. Finally after waiting 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I just decided to leave. I am a very patient person but right now I am not a happy customer. This is the first time I've said that in regards to Chase. I usually do not leave reviews because I don't know the circumstances that lead to my unsatisfaction but I waited for way too long even though I had an appointment, they turned away everyone without an appointment, and there were what looked like 3 people working in a bank where probably 20 easily could work. I don't know what happened but I dont appreciate them wasting my time.

    4100 Buckeye Pkwy location. Phone disconnects after 5 rings. No voicemail, no message. Why isn’t the drive-thru open during this pandemic? What about older customers that can’t navigate your website? Rude.

    The people at this branch Will Not answer the the Phones. Better off walking in or find a different Bank to do business with.

    Bad customer service Came in to open an account for my daughter was told one person ahead of us wait would be about 10 min later Well after waiting 30 min the door person put some woman in front us for the banker because we was upset So after waiting an hour for the banker I left, upset and no account opened for my daughter.

    Tried to Deposite a check on August 1. The girl couldn’t be bothered with listening to my words and gave me cash instead, I again asked that it be deposited into my account. Upon a second request they took my money and gave me a deposit ticket. Moments later they made a manual adjustment to remove money from my account without telling me... I can only assume the employee stole it. I called the next day after I checked my mobile banking app and realized what had happened, The branch sent me to the misery that is Chase customer service. After nearly 2 hours, four Chase departments, seven different individual people, and a ton of headache. I was told to go back to the branch to figure it out. Luckily for me I kept the deposit receipt and was able, after half my day to recoup my money. When it was all said and done the branch manager, if that’s who she really was. Had the audacity to smile in my face and say “ at least it all worked out” as only somebody completely oblivious to the hassle I went through, could possibly believe. If you deposit money at this location make sure that the small man with short curly brown hair does not handle your transaction. You have been warned.

    I have a business account and stopped in today to make a deposit pretty simple stuff. Came in not a single person in sight. Signs all pointing towards back teller. So I go stand in line with 2 men in front of me. The gentleman that was being helped seemed to be having an extensive issue so it was taking some time. After a few minutes an older lady(employee) appeared and offered to help the gentleman in front of me. So about another five minutes pass by and the gentleman is finally done with his issue. Since he was the back teller he then had to pay attention to the drive thru that had a few cars waiting. So at this point we’re over 10 mins in the bank for a simple deposit which I didn’t have the time to wait anymore. So I left, as I’m leaving the old lady that came back to offer her help to the man who was originally in front of me was helping new customers as they were walking in. So nothing’s more annoying than standing in line for what felt like forever to only see other people being assisted before me. What’s the point of having ONE big line if you aren’t going to take people in order. Every time I come here it’s always takes forever for the simplest stuff the staff seems to always being hiding in the back rather than helping people. Time for me to look into moving my business accounts.

    Don't bother going here if you do not already bank with chase. They have 1 teller doing both drive throughs and walk ins. When I went they dodnt bother a dressing me and after 15 minutes of waiting I was then lied to about who I needed to see and when. There are plenty of banks in the area, I suggest choosing another.

    Harrison was very rude and kept putting his hands up to say time out and keep me from talking. He did not know what he was talking about and wouldnt let me get 2 words in to try and explain.

    Web site says not busy and web cam shows not busy but no one will answer the phone. I called at least 10 times
