Chase Bank Stringtown Rd, Grove City

Came in here about a week ago to get something notarized, it was definitely busy, but there were two women, who I can’t remember by name, but a teller and the notary. They helped my significant other and I with our 2 yr old, who like any other toddler does not find going to the bank fun lol but they were so amazing and the teller held him while we signed and gave him lollipops. The notary made us feel at ease knowing they’ve all been through it too with their kids. They both were so nice and it felt really good to know that there were still kind and great people in our community and our in the world still. I wanted to thank them for everything that day!

Way under staffed. Closed the one in Buckeye Parkway and have 1 teller working at the Stringtown Road. Going to take :30 minutes plus to get helped.

I went to the chase bank because my credit card was canceled and I was wondering what they can help me with I was wondering if I can send the credit card directly to Chase Bank and pick it up I got treated at the chase bank super unfairly when I told them I was homeless they started looking me weird and their customer service changed especially manager Michal told me if I don’t leave I would close your bank account 1/10 customer service. Very rude and bad people work there.

Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly!! I regularly go inside this Chase location to use the ATM with my little one! Today she was given a piggy bank! It is the little things that mean the most, especially with everything that is going on in the world!! I recommend this specific location to all that ask what Bank/branch I use!

So 99% of the time one of the atms are barley working and half the time it won’t let you deposit money , then you have to go around into another line and HOPE it’s allowing any type of deposits . I’ve never seen a bank have atm issue where it’s not allowing money or check deposits. So when both atms are NOT accepting deposits of any sort you then have to go through the teller which then is backed up from whatever they are doing at the moment which then pushes more time onto you to sit and wait and wait . Well today both happened and neither teller was kind enough to even let me know they were too busy to not be able to help , but chose to walk away for 10 mins of which I waited because neither atm was accepting money deposits. This is an ongoing issue at this place ! I understand tellers being busy I do but to at least acknowledge people would be a start in a better direction amd to fix the atms

I’ve been banking here for years and customer service is not bad but way understaffed for the amount of customers. They don’t even have time to answer phone calls. Get these people help before you start losing customers

Tried calling the branch five different times throughout the day, and the only thing you get is recording is that there are assisting other customers and instruction to call back. Poor service. Not even a way to leave a message to have them call you back.

I don’t understand why chase employee at this location never smile and been rude especially manager Michael, manager Mike needs to be fired or he needs to retired 4 ever.

Opened up a bank account here I was treated very friendly here by the bank manager she was awesome I love this bank glad I chose this bank

Located in Grove City. Easy access from major roads and highway. Close to downtown of Grove City. Surranded and close to lots of shopping places. You can do either stop in services or drive through services. Not a lot of people waiting last I was there during the lunch hours. Convenience located.
