Chase Bank Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point

I wish that Chase was a better bank. I established two business accounts at two different branches and they were setup with different addresses and features. There is either inconsistency or laziness at play. Then a few weeks ago, I identified a potential scam on my account when small debits and credits were made without me authorizing. I called and informed Chase but two days later Chase allowed the scammers to withdraw money from the same account. Chase fraud services said they made a note on the account after the first call. We see how useful that practice is. I'm definitely looking for a better option but doing so with extreme caution now that I have had this experience with a so called industry leader. At this location I have seen the disappointment of bad employees at play when I actually had a teller who couldn't count money properly. I understand that the pool of candidates is small so is this the future of banking?

Popped in today to handle some account business and the service was fantastic! Mr. Gregory was A1!! I'm looking forward to any other encounters we may have. Thanks, Chase Bank!

It is raining. Not flooding, not a tornado warning for this location. It is literally on a hill so definitely not flooding and this branch manager is the worst I have met in all 20 plus years of my banking. Money counters always broke, they MAKE YOU use the ATM, You almost have to debate with someone to see the teller, they pick and chose their hours, and to top it off, I’ve come here today in the rain to make a business transaction for my business that’s OPEN today and they draw a sign saying temporarily closed. Now if systems are down, they need TO WORD THAT ON THERE SIGN. But just to say closed with no explanation when other surrounding businesses need to be ran is awful. Really considering changing banks just so i don’t have to deal with this lication.

Finally a Chase bank closer than the one in Greenbriar Mail. Good customer service and more ATM machines. Plenty of parking.

I have nothing but great things to say about this branch as well as any our problem is we don’t want or like the fact to see things vice versa sometimes people are short staff it’s not different from when your co worker doesn’t come in that day …. But I was indeed at another branch that was very short staffed and it was nothing they could do for me at that point I received this location number from the teller I called and immediately Mr.Greg answered the phone he was very patient and polite while I explained to him my situation and ensured me he would do everything he could for me and he did just that I’m here today to re open an account With patience and understanding anything is possible! Thanks Mr.Greg

Location is closed and ATM isn’t working in the lobby. No staff was there to greet customers but you can see associates walking around. Such a high traffic area I’m shock that Chase allow them get away with this. Went to another location no problems.

They charged me $8 to cash a check from their bank. Banks in general are nickel and filing everyone, and if you bring a chase check to them from a customer of theirs, they over charge. The service had no answers either and were not helpful. Try to avoid this place.

I went to report account fraud at this location. RUN CONSUMERS...If your account is compromised CHASE at Camp Creek will not assist. Protect your hard earned money.

Awful customer service! I'm closing my account. Ridiculous!
