Chase Bank Ne 175th St, Woodinville

I have been a customer of this institution for approximately 3 years. I am always very pleased with the tellers at the Woodinville Branch. They are always helpful and friendly. However, the fact that one can NEVER get someone on the phone when you call is Totally Unacceptable ! You always get a voicemail telling you to call the 800# . I would Never have opened an account here had I known that I would be unable to speak to my own branch.

This is the worse service I ever have. I went to the chase brand in Kingsgate_Kirkland for simple notary for Power Antony for medical care at 12:pm. The bank teller said they do not have any people available at this brand and she made a phone call to Woodinville brand for 2pm. I showed up 15min early at Woodinville Chase and the bank teller said they don't have anyone until 2:30pm. This is really upset me because they did not keep the promise and just a simple notary only take them less than 10min (i have done this before) beside i had another appointment elsewhere at 2:45 pm. They turned me away. This is a worse customer service.

Horrible service. Don't bother to get a cashier's check and deposit it with Chase. They either don't understand the concept, or they try to hold on to it to earn interest as long as possible. The teller at the drive through told me it would take 2 days for funds to be available. I said that was not acceptable, that's not how cashier's checks work. Then a "Relationship Manager" Corey Barker said it would not be available for 24 hours. Still not acceptable. I offered to have him call the issuing bank, and he refused. Skip this branch.

Went into this branch today to get a withdrawal and close an account. I was seen by someone within the minute and everyone was so nice and helpful. I do not usually go to the bank but it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this branch.

You used to be able to walk into a bank and open an account within an hour. Now they ask you to schedule an appointment 3-4 days out. Have issues with your account and need to talk to a human? You need to schedule an appointment for 3-4 days out. Customer service at Chase is dead.

I have been with Chase for 18 years both personal and with my business. Their services has been awesome. The Woodinville branch is especially wonderful. The staff is always accommodating. They remember who you are, they ask how you are and have real conversations with you. They are fun but also professional, look at your accounts to see which fits you best and super helpful. Before Chase my banking experience was awful. They are always trying to find ways to make my business run smoother with their technology. I appreciate them especially the Woodinville Branch, they are my favorite.

Went to try to open a new account and despite the entirely empty lobby and parking lot told us they were too full and we’d have to make an appointment. There were five employees standing around doing nothing.

I was defrauded by some low-life and Chase went out of their way to make sure i had peace of mind. They got the money back almost immediately and opened me a new account that was more suited to me. Ashwin was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Chase Woodinville! Matthew H.
