Ive had an account with chase for almost a year now and it was good until now. All of the sudden im being charged A $12 MONTHLY FEE that i was never told about. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They will take money without you knowing. If you dont check your statements

Always very nice when I come in but I scheduled a 2pm appointment. Walked in at 2pm and the lady was sitting with someone else laughing and having random conversations. I gave it 25 min after my 2pm appointment to finally say something and I seemed like an inconvenience because I interrupted their conversation. Extremely disappointed because I wasted so much time! Won’t be back unless I absolutely have to!

Chase Bank has gotten a bad rap in the past, however during times of financial difficulties, the people working at this location have always been helpful. Any problems the corporation might have should not be confused with the employees at this location. They are amazing. Thank you.

Why do I have to go inside the park ave branch to do a cash advance every time. It’s so inconvenient to say at the least. Just offer this service via the drive thru!
