The people that work here are awesome. Very kind and honest. My first experience at a pawn shop and it went better than I could have ever expected. They were more than willing to work with me and I left with some money in my pocket. They have a great selection of electronics and musical equipment too!

Every time I go to Cash land, great service, with great positive attitude, and never any issues. Along with great service.

Bought a tablet a few months back for $100, kept it in good condition. I took it in to see how much I could get and they offered me $10. Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful they offered anything, but Cashland is very stingy. I know a lot of people try to scam them but they need to work better when it comes to pricing and offering money. Just my opinion.

Went in to see what kind of selection they had on Canon cameras and lens. Was greeted and helped promptly even though ever employee was with a customer. They don't seem to have a lot of items for sale like most pawn shops I have visited before. But they display and keep items they do have for sale very nicely. The store was clean and well maintained. Prices are also very good on the items I seen. They also have a layaway plan.

Took an Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop in. They offered me $100. Avoid selling there at all cost!!!

I have stopped in looking for tools and musical items. I've been buying for a few years now. It's kind of hit and miss on finding deals but I do recommend looking!

Had a $1000 laptop and got offered $90. Was in really great condition too. Definitely do not sell anything here. Ridiculous.

Ive never done layaway there before but there policy's could b better.If you make a double payment it don't put you a month ahead like i assumed.Im upset cause when i made the double payment i even stated to the worker that i was doing that in case something happened and i had to miss a month and she said nothing to me.She should of been like it dont work like that.So life happened and thinking i was a month ahead i wasnt.They tried one day to reach me by phone she said 3 times that day my phone shows once.I feel that they should of tried a couple days cause what if something happened to my phone or If they can't reach you by phone i feel they should send a letter stating u have this many days to make a payment or you forfeit money and t.v..Considering how much i had already given them.They should of explained the important stuff in the contract.to me. so im out all that money i paid on the t.v..I guess i should of asked question but i figured they would of told me anything important i needed to know.So ya im not to happy how things happened.

I recently came here to sell some things, I cannot express enough how amazing the workers were, they both were excellent, courteous, & good hearted. The one lady who helped me went above & beyond to give me as much as she could for my items. I will definitely come here again.

This was one of THE WORST customer service experiences I have ever had in my ENTIRE life on May 15, 2019, and I'm 55! After a Cashland rep expressed real interest in my cherry burst Epiphone electric guitar - and I drove 30 miles from Mount Vernon OH to show it to him - he would not accept it for pawn or purchase. He said it had defect in the neck but it's a beautiful guitar I paid nearly $200 for. He would not get into what he considered the problem, and was very dismissive and curt. I saw what appeared to be a smirk on his face in knowing that I happened to travel so far and have 2 hours time wasted there and back while taking on a gas expense to get there. Cashland in Manfield Ohio is the kind of treat-you-like-dirt business that I doubt will be around in two years - I would be really, really surprised if they are. The Cashland here in Mount Vernon is going out of business at the end of July I found out today. The Mansfield Cashland is having to take over their loans. I believe their business model will fail and deservedly so.
