I just went here after work got there at 4:25 to open up a account and was told it’s kind of late and they close at 5 , they really didn’t want to do . I walked right out , don’t send me brochures in the mail if you are going to look at your watch when I enter as a new potential customer

TERRIBLE! Tried transferring money, brought my two forms of ID (driver’s license and Santander Credit Card), filled out the withdrawal and deposit tickets perfectly, and they rejected it because I did not bring my CHASE debit card. I work in banking (Santander) and used to think Chase was the best. This branch is subpar and I am very disappointed.

The employees can be rude here at times; probably one of the less friendly chase banks I have been to. I've never had an employee complain about the customer (me) right in front of them! The drive-thru is not for an ATM and the ATM in the front entrance is too low; I always hit my head when I lean in to put in my pin. This place is perfect if you want to steal account information since the computers face outwards into the parking lot and you can see all the sensitive information from your car! Get yourself a dash cam and you'll have personal information for days! The only positive is that the bank is easy to get in and out of.
