Chase Bank Jericho Tpke, Floral Park

Such a good experience with Maria at this branch! She was very helpfull with all the information. Twice I made appointment at 182 hillside branch but they cancelled both the times. At floral park all the employees are really nice and helpfull.

Awesome branch with a ton of parking. I hate banks that have full height bulletproof glass, but the friendly tellers make it bearable. Somehow the tellers know my name and make me feel better about my low account balances. I recommend going here and opening a few accounts. Just watch your fees!

I got my wallet stolen and my credit card and debit card were both stolen, I got immediate access to customer service representatives to help me right away and they closed my accounts and allowed me to open a new account right away. They help me update my account information.

I open all my accounts in this branch. & I only see yvan to open my accounts I only trust him he's very professional!

The worst customer service. The manager is rude and does not help.

Very poor customer service. I came in to open a business account, I met with Lynne Valvo and she was very rude and condescending. On chase’s website they request two forms of ID to open a business account. I brought two forms of ID but was later told I had to have a green card or citizenship card to open the account. According to chase website the forms of primary ID can be passport, drivers license or your citizenship card I was refused service even though I had my drivers license. I called the branch before I came and was never told that it was a requirement. Felt targeted and disrespected how this situation was dealt with. Take my money and run!

This branch has poor customer service. I came in for a wire transfer and the gentleman named by Yvan was paying more attention to his text messages than to what he was doing and he entered the wrong amount for the wire transfer. Needless to say that me being annoyed I didn't realize this until after the fact. I tired to contact the branch and no one answered the phone. Horrible service.

Customer service does not exist here. There is a fat ugly manager sits to the right as soon as you enter the bank. She is the rudest. Will never go there again !!!!
