Chase Bank E Tabernacle St, St. George

As a business owner, I'm very disappointed with their deposits policy they hold clients' checks deposits for 10 business days and it's very hard to have them make it available before then, I love the people who work there at the local branch but would not recommend to anyone for business to open an account with chase bank at all.

I DO NOT recommend Chase Bank. I walked in to get a checking account with these guys and nobody was busy, everybody was standing around and they said they didn't have any open appointments to sign up but I can do it through the app. Thats fine, ill do that. I signed up through the app, walked in made a deposit asked if I can get a temporary card until my card comes in. But they don't make cards at the bank. So you're basically stuck without a card until your card arrives. That's odd, But thats fine. I left and I tried to access my account through the app 3 hours later and it was Blocked until I called them. I called them waited on hold for 45 minutes 'No Answer' I hung up. I called back and finally reached somebody and I asked them why my account was frozen and she said I needed to provide proof of residency before they can unfreeze my account. Why didn't they tell me that at the branch while I was there and had the documentation? Now its 3pm on a Saturday and all the branches are closed and I can't access any of my funds in my account until they open back up. I have 2 bills due today I cant pay for because all my money is in my frozen bank account. Now I'm going to have a late payment charge. All around I have not had a good experience with this bank at all. I would recommend checking out other banks before this bank.

Kyle was/is a top one percenter in customer service. In my initial meeting, he opened up two new accounts, handled a credit card problem, and "greased" administrative procedures for a new home purchase (each of these tasks take time, but he handled them very efficiently and effectively = no homework for me) . He has a helpful, amiable, yet professional demeanor = Big !THANKS

Awful bank. Wait was the slowest I've ever seen. App is terrible. People didn't have masks. I do not recommend Chase.

Ive always had an easy time with getting help at this Chase branch and pretty much All Chase branches.

As a personal banking and business account holder with Chase and other financial institutions in Southern Utah over the past 15 years, I was tremendously disappointed with the way Chase chose to handle a clerical error to a deposited check. Once this issue is resolved I will be closing all my accounts with Chase and will never give them one more dollar of my hard earned money. Shame on you Chase.

Leydi was really happy and helpful to the next person, but for me she had a dead attitude and was pushing to move over; So she could help someone else instead. Laura helped me out though with my questions otherwise score would have been lower. Please explain customers are always number one they create business. Value customers please and there time.

Always have been wonderful and very courteous to me, and I appreciate all of the employees working here and the one that helped me out to my car with all that heavy change your Awesome Thank you so much!

Well, they wouldn't let us use the bathroom (we both really, really needed to go) because it was only for customers... Somehow that makes me less inclined to bank with them. There are all kinds of money bonuses to lure you in, but their fees worry me a bit. I suppose my Biolife card goes through Chase bank, somehow but I never interact with Chase directly.

Oh my gosh if I could give less stars I would this bank and its credit services are atrocious, do not use them
