I Have Use this Branch for all my Banking Needs for Years. And I Do mean Years , like over TEN Years. I Do not know who these other people were assisted by , but it seems to me the times they enter the bank I was Surely not There ! Also if They were Really people who had business to do with the Bank , most of it could be handle Online. Stop all of you petty Non sense and have a Great Day . Its a Great Bank With Good People Working Hard.

Ahmad is seriously the nicest and funniest guy I’ve met. He made opening a checking account the easiest and honestly fun experience...and he’s a Cowboys fan which is saying something as I’m from Philly. Seriously the best bank experience I’ve ever had. Fly eagles fly.

Maria, Chase branch Manager, could care less about her customers. I went to the branch 3 times, I called 3 additional times, and not once did she have the curtesy of returning my calls much less even attending to my problem.

Chase is the best bank in the US for customer service. But this is the worst chase branch I’ve ever been too. Almost worth driving the extra 1/2 mile to the next closest one. Lol smh

They said they have 2 notary on staff but no one can notarize. The mortgage banker told me the person who notarized has a migraine. Then a personal banker said they can’t notarize without an appointment, eventhough I had called to confirm that you can just come in to notarize. I bank with chase and have always had good experiences. I would NEVER go to this chase again.

Karen G had the best customer service. The Asian man at the rear door at 1500 was too busy gossiping to greet guests. But yay to Karen G. So professional, attentive, and genuine.

Worst branch ever! Always long lines and long wait. Often only one cashier working. I miss my Mar Vista branch and prefer to drive an extra 3 miles in traffic to go back to my old branch than waste time getting frustrated at the Lincoln branch.

Only one bank teller worker and a line of 8 people! Hire more people! Way too long of a wait.
