Great customer service. My first time at this location, so a little confused at where to turn in. The ATM was not working, but am sure that all was fixed. Glad to have a bank close to home!

I worked with Luke today for my needs. I was very satisfied and happy with his professionalism and service since the location in Surprise didn’t even pick up their phone! I highly recommend going here.

I’m so disappointed of this branch staff. I literally set an appointment about two weeks ago, they called me to cancel the first one and reschedule it, I’ve been waiting patiently and then I go to the branch and guess what? They’re closed even though I had an appointment. They’re such a waste of time.

2 years ago my elderly mother and I opened (what we thought was) a joint account because they wouldn’t put me on her trust checking account. Not only did they order checks without our approval (and charge the acct without your approval!) but now that my mother has passed, I have found they instead put me as POA on her second account, not as a co owner!!!! So, now I cannot pay estate bills until I get her death certificate and provide documentation. And, I can’t close the account for a while because it’s awaiting a state tax refund! Bills will now be overdue, as a result. Just what you need when you’re grieving—more grief!!! So, if you want bankers that know what they’re doing, go to another branch or, better yet—go to another bank!!!!

I found the people at this branch to be responsive to my needs.

We call to correct their blunders, they say we have resolved it. Next day the same thing happens again. Plus we have spent nearly 3 hours waiting to talk to someone about their blunders. Hopefully the issue we will be resolved today, but we are waiting on the phone to talk to someone. 35 minutes so far.

I have been going to this Chase Bank Branch for over 20 years.I have to say they are the best. Thank You For All The Wonderful Service You Provide. I am trying to post this and am giving it 5 starts but for some reason it keeps showing up 4.5 they are not 4.5 they are 5.0

A very nice bank, they have the most friendliest, informative staff than any other banks I have ever been to, the tellers know your name.

Terrific customer service & ATM's that are modern with features other ATM's don't have.
